hello, i think i am due on for my period around now maybe in a couple more days. i took two clearblue digital pregnancy tests which both came back pregnant. but i also took some cheapy tests and a first response that came back so faint positive. the first response was a positive but really faint. the cheap ones were debatable.

i've heard that the clearblue digital pregnancy tests can give false positives. can they do that twice?

i went to the doctor and he did no tests and just assumed i am pregnant and told me to book in with the midwife in a couple of weeks.

i'm having alot of pregnancy symptoms including morning sickness- all day!

anyone have any insight? shouldn't they be dark bfp's by now? i hate to ask the obvious but do you think i am pregnant?

I bought a pregnancy test from the dollar store. Read on the internet that they worked pretty well. On the foil package it reads "For in-vitro diagnostics use only" What does that mean?

I stopped taking the birth control pill at the start of October. I did not get my period in November. Took a hpt and was neg. I then did not get my period in December. Another hpt...and negative. No period yet in January. I started feeling the symptoms about a week before I tested positive. I am concerned because I am a social drinker and smoker. I have DEFINITELY stopped ALL of that now, but during the months that I tested negative I was doing this. I am not sure if I just got pregnant or if I could be two or three months along. Any advice? I am a nervous wreck. I have a obgyn app. on Feb 15. They would not give me one any sooner.

Have you ever personally known anyone to be infected with Chlamydia during pregnancy and it cause a negative effect on the baby?? I know there are many risks, but wanted to know how common it is for Chlamydia to effect an unborn baby before birth. I know that it can cause blindness and infections, and pneumonia during birth if it is untreated...

is it harder/more painful? I would like to try a completely natural labour if my baby stays breech, is it better to just accept the c-section? the hospital I am with says that it is the normal procedure when babies are breech. I just want to do what is best for my baby I don't want to put him in any unnecessary danger. So is breech natural or breech c-section better?

I am about 18 weeks along and have just begun to feel my baby move. Hooray for quickening! However, now that I can feel the baby and it's more real to me I'm suddenly creeped out by the thought of having something or someone growing inside me. Has anyone else felt this way or am I just weird?

Okay I am due March 1st with my baby "Kayla." I am going to the birthing class on feb 6th and they told me to bring my coach. I do not have a coach. Has anyone had a baby within no one in the room but themselves. I would not even be sad about that but everyone is asking me who my coach is and now it is depressing me. I go into the doctors office by myself what is the difference by giving birth by myself. My mom has not said anything to me but I could ask her to come. Would that be weird? Has anyone had their mom be their coach? She is not the happiest about me having a baby so I don't want to ask but I know she will come. Have you had a birth alone with just you in the room and health professionals on and off? And has anyone had their mom there? Those are the only two questions I want answered. Thanks

I go in for my first OBGYN appt for my second pregnancy. I had a appt earlier but that was just to confirm pregnancy

I forgot what they did during the first visit. Will they do an ultrasound or will that come on the next appt? I am about 71/2 weeks along at this point. I know they will probably not do doppler even though my daughters heartbeart could be heard at 9 weeks

Will they just do paperwork and test me again?

My period is always the same lasts for around 7-10 days and is quite heavy. I was due on a few weeks ago. I was 8days late, i ook a preg test on the 6th day and it came negative, on the 8th day i then started bleeding like a normal period (quite heavy) for 3days, and all of a sudden i stopped. My period went from heavy to having stopped in a matter of 30mins.
Nothing happened for a about 12 hours then i started spotting lightly for 3days, and then nothing.

i have been having unprotected sex for 7months now as me and my finace are trying for a baby, but its hard as he only has a 4% chance.
I started bleeding on January 16th and stopped on the 19th, then spotted for 3days. Do you think its to early to test now?

When your water breaks, how many hours do you have to give birth to the baby (naturally) before birth defects set in? I thought it was 24 hours but I am not sure. I have heard some women do not go to the hospital right when there water breaks and cause problems. Does anyone have a clue?

My ex boyfriend and also the father to my baby just told me that he wants me back but during our relationship he did me so many things that i dont think i will ever forgive him for that,i was truelly in love with him and it seemed he was not serious. The bad things that he has done are,he promised to marry me and he used my money to buy the wedding gown and a ring telling me that he will refund me and i thought i was helping him since i loved him and he never married me and has never refunded me. The second thing is that he cheated on me whilst i was pregnant and after having the baby,he didn't come to check on me,he saw his son when he was six months old. I took loan from my bank before i fell pregnant and he asked me to borrow him some and he has never payed me back and i he took clothes on my accounts and never helped me with payments, i lost interest on him and now he wants me back,what should i do,i tried to explain to him that i dont want him but he keeps on saying that everyday.

i am 17 weeks and i have been feeling baby moving since around 14 weeks (this is my second so i am sure its the baby) anyway is it normal to only feel it once in a while, like i can go some days and not feel anything at all and then other days like today i feel her quite a bit. does anyone know why that would be??

I had a miscarriage on Saturday and have been bleeding since then. Yesterday, it looked like it was starting to taper off, but then last night and this morning, it's heavy again, last night I was feeling a bit woozy, and tired. Is this normal?

i'm scared now because all info that i have read contains things about abnormalities to baby not that i'm bothered just scared, also mentions amniocentesis which could cause me to lose baby. i never had one when they offered it me first time, has any one had this that could give me advice i know i shouldn't worry but what else can i do i tried for this baby for 5 years i don't want to lose her now! hospital review thursday.

I had a son almost 4 months ago with a hard labour - 45 hours and 4.5 pushing. The tear was bad and is still sore in the area. Intercourse is painfull and it feels like I was stitched up too much...anyone else had this problem? Seems like nothing is right down there anymore. Doc says I have a permanant hemerhoid and I have a large flap of skin as well. Seems like the whole stitching went bad...any ideas?

I just got out of a doctors appoinment. My next appointment, I will have the test done for GBS (Group B Streptococcal Disease) I've read the print out they gave me on it and just read something distrubing about it. It says possible complications are Neurologic problems may include sight or hearing loss and mentel retardation or even death! That worries me for some reason. Although it also says that 1 in 4000 chance of delivering a baby with GBS disease if antibiotics are given are not likely but, still. They are checking me for this next week. I'm already worried about the whole birth thing. What if something happens?? I don't know. I'm a worry-wart anyways and just need some advice. I've tried to calm down and keep my stress under level or whatever but, reading that.. pushed it over the edge. I need some help! thanks! Has anyone ever gone thru GBS with their baby? what happened? Are they fine now?

I have B/H throughout the entire pregnancy, this is my third and these ones I am having now are worse then with the other two.( I am only 18 weeks and have had them since the beginning) If you did have them did you go into labor early like say 36 weeks or before or has anyone been on bed rest due to them?

When I last went to the doctor i was 3 cm. That was 2 weeks ago. Ive been having contractions off and on for those 2 weeks. They just got stronger but they are still far apart. I am already 39 weeks this is my second child. What I want to know is can anyone give me any advice on how to keep these contractions going. They are very on and off right now. I want my baby already if not ill just give up and say when she comes she comes. *I have a doctor appt tomorrow hopefully I have dilated some more.*
