Stretch, Stretch Stretch and drink TONS of water. Those cramps you are feeling are a result of not enough water going into your system. If you can get three or four 8 oz glasses into you, you'll start to feel them subside pretty quickly.

I was a dancer, and then when I got pregnant, I was the cramp queen. I saw my doctor for exactly this, (that and feet cramps) and that's exactly what he told me to do. And, it worked.

It could just be something like the baby is laying funny on a nerve or a muscel. Drink lots of water and eat lots of fruit. Do some walking if you can to try and ease the crap and maybe by walking it would move the baby. Hope this goes soon but if it carries on for a while then ring your midwife and let her know.
Good luck

Cramp is a total nightmare in pregnancy. You can't stretch properly or even move quickly without ur bloody leg cramping up. What I do when I have cramp is gently bend my ankle joint upwards and it's gone. straight away.

What helps me is after taking a hot bath or shower a pour some cold water over my legs, and then put cream on, it helps with the blood circulation..... And when you sit down put your feet up high that also helps.....
These two websites helps me a lot....
