I have B/H throughout the entire pregnancy, this is my third and these ones I am having now are worse then with the other two.( I am only 18 weeks and have had them since the beginning) If you did have them did you go into labor early like say 36 weeks or before or has anyone been on bed rest due to them?

I'm having baby # 5 and have had them for what seems like most of this pregnancy. the only advice the doctor has given me is when they start to sit down and rest if i get more than 4 in an hr to go to the hospital to be checked,
at times mine are painful but not unbearable. I'm almost 33wks get them most days now but no sign of the real pains

I've had braxton hicks contractions from about week 14 or so on with all five of my pregnancies (I'm 37 weeks w/ #5 right now).

I always thought that I'd go early from them but all my babies so far have gone overdue

:o(

I had them with my daughter and i was only 4 months along. I did not go into early labor with them though, I actually had to be enduced and only dialated to 6 so I ended up having a c-section.

I did have contractions from about 18 wks on with my 2nd and 3rd. I did go into premature labor. I had a lot of things stacked against me. I had 3 premature babies because of my body size and at that time I smoked cigarettes. I wouldn't panic. I would however talk to your doctor.

you are an experienced mom, you wouldn't be on here asking this if you didn't think somthing wasn't quit right. Right? Go call your Dr. and run in for a quick check. It can't hurt and it will give you peace of mind. G.L.
