Pregnancy - November 2006

Im 20 and I'm into my 24th week pregnant with twins. i havent slept for wat seems like forever, because i cannot get comfortable in any position in bed. I've also been told by a friend that i shouldnt sleep on my back as there is pressure on a nerve when you are pregnant. is this true? has anyone else had trouble sleeping when pregnant, what did you do?

my cousin just gave birth a month ago and she didnt know about the pregnancy until the baby was due. She got her period for all 9 months and she only gained 12 pounds... she was very shocked when the doctors told her she was having a baby... is it really possible not to know you were pregnant????

I'm only about 15 weeks pregnant and not only am I getting up every 2 hours to pee, but I'm also having to clear my nose of all the mucus! Seriously just as often, has this happened to anyone before or is there any hope for clearing it up. I read up a little on it and found out its called Mucusitis... is there any chance I'll breathe normal again while pregnant?

this girl is claiming to be pregnant by my boyfriend it was before we were together officialy and everyone knows shes been wit his brother and other people too she will claim she isnt sure who the dad is why does she "think" its my boyfriends when it is born how do we get a test i mean if its his brothers it could kinda look like him and i am pregnant now with his baby and we have been together for 9 months it took me that long to get pregnant i just dont believe her baby is his i know it sound rude but she had 2 kids that got taken away so she isnt even ready for another baby....please help and be nice

I am not sure if i am pregnant or not...i had sex a montha nd a half ago, i got a period but it was a little light...i waited till a couple weeks then took a home pregnancy test it came out negative..a week later i wentto the docotr and had a urinalysis and bloodtaken and it came back negative..is it possibnle for the me to be pregnant?? my last period cam a day early and was norml..but i have really irregular periods.. i havent had any symptons of pregnancy and if i was pregnant id be a about two months along...any help would be great..

I get my 8-10 glasses of water a day... but I LOVE to drink caffiene free diet coke... should I stop completely, how many can I drink, or is crystal light ok???? I havent had my first doctors appoinment yet, otherwise I would just ask the doctor... anyone know what thier doctor told them or heard about this??

i was looking at the brie cheese the other day and it said on the label not suitable for pregnant women!

I had my last depo June 13, 2006. So in other words I was due for one Sept. 13 and I didn't get it. I was on it for almost 5 years and now I have been having symptoms of pregnancy. Never felt like this before except when I was pregnant. Symptoms....sleepiness, tender breats, back pains, headaches(never get them), stomach pains, heavy discharge. I took a test yesterday and it came back negative but according to a website if I would be pregnant it wouldn't show up til Friday or so. Has anyone else ever experieced this? Please help.

One of my good friends swears she is pregnant. She sayst that she would be around 3 weeks....meaning she has not yet missed her period. She told me this morning that she has not yet felt morning sickness, breast tenderness (she says she never feels breast tesnderness around the time of her period) or any other symptoms of ealry pregnancy. I told her to wait it out, cause I have read that breast tenderness always happens in early pregnancy and that early pregnancy symptoms could also be early PMS symptoms. Is this true or am I wrong? I don't want to seem unsympathetic to what she feels but if she has no morning sickness, no breast tenderness and she is already 3 weeks....is she eally pregnant? what do i tell her the next time she calls? thanks for all your help in advance.

She has a past history of anorexia and is not allowed to see her weight while pregnant.
Unfortunately a fill-in nurse told her her weight and she broke down crying.
Now the dr.'s agreed to induce her at 36 weeks so she doesnt stop eating in an effort to not gain more weight.
I am 33 weeks pregnant myself and dont know what to say to her-
personally I dont understand and I feel that the dr. and her are being ignorant???
Isnt it a little selfish to harm the unborn baby in a fear of getting fat?
AM i being mean?

i had unprotected intercourse on 10/25, i was ovulating at the time. my period was due 11/9...normally when i get my period i get a weeks worth of cramps b4. however right now all i feel is really tired, and dizzy sometimes and headaches everyday, i also feel slight pressure sometimes, but its very slight, i feel as though something is going on and i've been urinating a lot sometimes i wake up twice in a night, today i started having this sudden naseau i took a preg test 1 wk ago first response, which came out neg, i think it was too early to test being that it was a week after the act, now i don't have my pd was due 11/9 and i feel no signs of it watsoever. i waiting to take the next test 2wks after i'm late. right now i don't have health insurance still waiting on some paperwork, but i'm planning on going to the doctor in about 2 wks. what are the chances of me being prego? has anyone experinced this?

this is around the same time that I went back in May and found out I had miscarried. So I am really nervouse. My partner could not get off of work and non of my friends seem to have time to go with me I am scared to death to get bad news.
So does any one have any ideas on how to stay relaxed till 2:10 and what should I say to those who were not there for me?

oh well my friend and i went to the doctor. i went with her cuz she was afraid of getting some news about she was preggo. the thing is that the doctor... i noticed he wasn't too clear with his answers about what she got. Its crazy the figure we saw in the test she got... it seemed like an egg. the thing is that he wasnt too clear with her... and he told her she wasnt pregnant. she got medical prescription. BUt yesterday she was sit in the office... and she felt like she was peeing and when she saw down her feet.. it was bloody. wtf? she said she called the doc and he said it was "normal". i dont think it is normal!!! i asked her to go to another doc. Actually i think she got a pregnancy loss and the doctor just dont want to let her know ( he was the one who participed in her born )

My husband and I just found out that we are expecting our 2nd child this is suppose to be a happy time but the doctors say if I go through with the pregnancy I could have severe blot clots due to a very rare blood diease that they found with the our first child but I feel fine and I dont know what to do about it. i've been suspecting i'm pregnant so yesterday i went to have a check-up.i'm really bothered about this thing that the doctor said about my baby.next tuesday i'm going to have another ultra sound.my friend asked her o.b. about it and she said it's because they did abdominal ultrasound that's why they cannot detect it too early.better if they did trans-vaginal ultrasound.but i want to know more information that could settle my mind.please do help me?!
