I had my last depo June 13, 2006. So in other words I was due for one Sept. 13 and I didn't get it. I was on it for almost 5 years and now I have been having symptoms of pregnancy. Never felt like this before except when I was pregnant. Symptoms....sleepiness, tender breats, back pains, headaches(never get them), stomach pains, heavy discharge. I took a test yesterday and it came back negative but according to a website if I would be pregnant it wouldn't show up til Friday or so. Has anyone else ever experieced this? Please help.

Go back to the doctor who has given you the shots and give him the feedback of whats going on in your body system. Get the professional pregnancy test from that doctor.

Yes I have taken depo off and on for three years now. I tried to come off to get pregnant I had all the symptoms you listed and didn't have a period for a couple of months. I just knew I was pregnant but the pregnancy test was negative so I went to the doctors office. He said depo changes hormones so when you come off it you could have symptoms like being pregnant. But you should see a doctor don't substitute anything you get off the Internet for seeing a Gynecologist.

attempt to take your pill round an similar time day-after-day. And that is better to commence it on the first day of your next menstrual cycle. As for the shot, i replaced into on it for 6 months and honestly hated it. The heavy quantity of hormones gave me wild mood swings, heavy bleeding, cramps and hair loss. i'm now on the pill and utilizing condoms with spermicide purely to be probability-free.

Yes you can get false positive or negative result on home pregnancy test. It has something to do the Hcg levels. I think your best bet is going to get blood taking if you think you are thats more accurate.
