Generally if they had a heart beat theres nothing to worry about. Its probably that the baby is a little further along and has used up all the yoke sac, and the placenta is functional enough already.
You should ask your doctor exactly what all this means, theyre REQUIRED to explain it to you at the TIME OF SERVICE. A doctor who doesnt shouldnt be seen, find another.
There is a number you can call 24/7 with these issues, someone at the OB's office MUST answer and transfer the call to a doctor or nurse-midwife.
Get on the phone lady.

I would definately call your doctor or the ER right away!!! That is something you don't wanna mess with!!
Each case can be different. In my case, when I was pregnant with my second child... which happened to be a boy. (btw my first was a boy also) Everything was going fine until about the 12th week or so. I started bleeding, quite a bit actually. We completely thought we were miscarrying. We immediately raced to the ER and they told us that most likely what had happened was that the placenta had slipped a bit. They did an ultrasound and there he was be-bopping around... and even seemed as if he was giving us the finger, lol. He is fine now, he is actually a thriving sweet as can be 5 yr old. But I would definately advise you to call your dr or ER or get right down there!!

Sometimes it can be hard right away to see the sac, as your baby is just a little peanut. With the wiping and getting spotting, I would consult a doctor asap. This doesn't completely mean there is something wrong. But it owuld be better to find out. I had a little blood right away and I had a very healthy little boy. Please go and get checked or even consult with a Dr. over the phone and let them know what is going on. But it is best to go and get checked. Good luck.

I would go see a doctor to confirm you are doing fine. It is possible to continue having your period well into your pregnancy, although rare. Spotting is not always a bad thing. Don't worry too much before you find out what is going on. At 7 weeks the fetus is still very small.

Yes, it is possible for you to be having a miscarry. You should tell your doctor about this. This can be real serious. Miscarriages are something hard to deal with. I had three miscarry before i had my girl and that is the most heartbreaking thing to deal with. GOOD LUCK. I hope ever thing work out for the best.
