But why do girls continue to ask "Am I pregnant?" "Could I be pregnant?". Well, if you had sex, then yes, you could possibly be pregnant. I understand the need for reassurance, but the most conclusive answer to that question you will ever get is with a test and a doctor. The answers you get on Yahoo! Answers will definately not determine whether you are pregnant or not. Please, instead of asking this question anymore, go out and buy a test and see for yourself! Then feel free to ask questions about your newly found pregnancy on here, we will be glad to respond!

My husband is South African and I am Scottish and we are trying for our second baby, which we hope is a boy! I would like to give him a South African name that is a little unusual but as my whole family are scottish and we live in scotland, I need something that my family can pronounce! I know it may sound a little daft, but my mother cant even remember my last name, never mind pronounce it, and I have been married for almost 2 years now! Any ideas?

My partner has said that if we have a child we have a child if not we don't completely my descision because i am unsure and to be honest really scared. Would you have a child?

I am now 36 weeks pregnant. my baby has always been VERY active, he flips ALL OVER. All through my pregnancy I have CONSTANTLY needed to urinate. even when I would empty my bladder (or so I thought) it wouldn't be completely empty. It has been so bad that I have been afraid to laugh, cough, or sneeze... BUT, during the last week I am back to urinating like a normal person...only a few times a day. It's as if there is NO PRESSURE on my bladder any more! When I asked my doctor what position the baby is in he said that my external manipulation he was still unsure! he said I may end up having an ultrasound in order to determine the babies position. HAS ANYONE had this same urination thing happen in the end of pregnancy?

Watched 'women who leave their children' the other day and while in some cases the women were clearly in need of medical help when they left and deeply regretted the abandonment the majority(and I'm aware it's TV so it's biased) seemed to have got on with their 'single' life and indulged their career, either not seeing or seeing at their own convenience their child(ren).

While I genuinely believe that in the main the abandonment of your children is a selfish act I at the same time feel quite uncomfortable with that conclusion.

I feel like I should be trying to find a reason to qualify their actions-why is that?

Is it unadulterated selfishness? And is it just me who feels strangely obliged to justify their actions?

My step daughter is 2 and half and always seems to be poorly. Nearly every week she is sent home from nursery with either sickness, diarrhea, virus, cold. I know young kids can pick up allsorts when mixing with alot of kids but her mum was an alcoholic and drank every day throughout her pregnancy (and smoke), although she wasn't a low birth weight or had any imediate problems after she was born could the reason why she has low immune system and is always poorly due to her mum drinking when pregnant ?? She eats alot of fruit and veg. My son and my other step-daughter never seem to be ill and even though my son was 14wk prem and had health probs he was never ill this often when 2-3 years old.

She is saying about someone who claims they have been spanked on the bere bum in public. it is oviously just some one messing around especially as in 1 question they say they are 10 and anouther 11. its just gunna be some kid messing around and some people are talking about reporting it to the police. The kid doing it will get in alot of trouble and then prouberly would get a slap round the butt. if you feel you must do somthing then report it to yahoo and i have emailed the person andsoon i will let you no if they are just messing what do you feel on this.

I have been approached to look after a month old baby at night time. I know the parents well and they don't mind me watching the baby at my home, since I am married, a sleep-in position would not suite me, I also work full time during the day and therefor just watching the baby at night time so the parents can have a good nights rest a few nights a week would really help us financially. How much do au pairs or child minders/nannies charge per hour these days if they watch babies over night? I have done allot of babysitting but no small babies overnight and don't know what to charge. Please help me as I don't want to over or under charge.
