i know i have some neighbors that does some ridiculous things such as call cabs and dont come outside and now i think they made a false report on me

You better get a really good lawyer because protective services does not just take babies because they want too. It is usually with good cause and with plenty of evidence. You also have the choice of the one they provide for you. In a child welfare case the Department has a lawyer, the child has a lawyer and the accused as a lawyer.
To the above.....just because someone reports abuse does not justify a removal. The department has to have reason to believe it is true. A child cannot be removed by anyone other than a police officer (police can do it in a drug bust or something like that) without a court order. In order for a child to be removed by a case worker they must prove to a family courts judge that there is enough evidence to prove a child is in danger. Then they have 72 hours after removal to put a case together to go to court for a public hearing with the parents. At this hearing the evidence is presented and the judge then decides if the child should remain in the custody of the state of if he/she should be returned home.

They do not take babies without reasons. I have seen them leave a child that is being abused and neglected, So they dont JUST do it for no reason. What did you do........ Or not do....... Your not telling the whole story. and its Child protective services.
Your not going to have much luck fighting against them. The judge will always side with them , unless you can PROVE the said behavior was changed. You only have so long before they take all your rights away and place it in a perm home.
They dont take a baby without any warning........ UNLESS you were involved in drugs. If they busted a methlab and found your baby there yes they will take it, and If thats the case , I hope you never get the child back. If you were involved in that you dont need to have your child.

For the dipshit that said they do take for no reason, is WRONG. They dont check people out when they are abusing.....or not keeping the home clean..... ect. Just state why they said they took it, that might get you a better answer.
They cant take a baby on a report only, they had to also have other evidence. They get way too many reports and know that part are false.thats why they come talk to you and see the child.

You need a family lawyer. They will know all the family laws. And ignore the moron above who says they don't take children without cause, because they do. Well I suppose some jerk calling in a "reporting" you are abusive or neglectful when in fact you are not is a reason, but no a very good one. CPS is not know for actually looking into things before they grab the children and run. I hope you get your child back and then sue the idiots.

don't listen to the people who say they don't just take a child for no reason! thats bull sh*t! my first child got taken from me when he was about 6 months old and got placed with my parents because my ex and i split up and at that time i allowed him visitation and he decided he was gonna try to get custody. so on his visitation day, he took my son to the hospital claimed that i had hit him in the face! there was no evidence not even a red mark( because i didn't hit my child to begin with) and DCF came to my house and took my child! i got him back 3 months later (full custody). since then i have almost had my child taken from me 3 more times because this a**hole is still calling DCF on me. another time they almost took him because his fathers girlfriend called and said that none of my sons clothes fit him and that i would send him to school with no socks and underwear on. but yet at this time i didn't allow them any visitation so how would they know. so DCF came to my house again i showed them every single piece of my son's clothing and told them they needed to contact my sons school and sure enough the school said he wears socks and underwear every day. needless to say if my sons father files anther false report on me the state is gonna press charges!

well unless someone called and made a false report on you and they didn't investigate it, you have to get a family lawyer and prove that the allegation was false. And this is going to be hard, i can tell you that now.

They take babies with cause only even if it's a little thing. You may want to call a family attorney to help you get your baby back. Explain what's going on and if they can't help they may refer you to someone.

Yes, they took your child WITH CAUSE, you need to fess up that your a bad mother and get your act together NOW before you lose your child all together!!
