No that doesn't mean you are pregnant.Although there is always a chance that you are. If you are then you would have to wait to do a pregnancy test for atleast a couple of weeks because your hcg levels would still be too low for it to detect.
However if you make an appt with your clinic for a blood test they can detect a pregnancy usually seven to 10 days after conception, which is defined as the moment when the sperm attaches to the egg
*You can get pregnant anytime of the month. Although the chances are very slim. I have a 7month old that was conceived while I was on my period

i think you're not pregnant at all. Your menstruation is just delayed.
consider this:
if you have 28 menstrual cycle then you will probably ovulate (unsafe) at the 14th day from the first day of menstruation. Since you engaged with sexual intercourse at the 24th day of your menstrual cycle, then you're pretty safe now.
Why I said pretty safe?
Well, let's say your menstrual cycle is not regular. So five days before and after of the predicted first day of menstruation is absolutely safe.
Then why is it you didn't have your period?
The answer is simple. Your menstruation is affected by your sexual contact. I think, that was your first time to have sex.
What should you do?
For now, just wait for your period to come. However if after 10 days the period stilll failed to visit you, you must take the pregnancy test immediately.
What about if the result of the test is negative but still you didn't have your period, what should you do?
I think the best thing you should do is to talk your doctor about it because he knows what to do...

You may just be having an irregular period, but its probably be best to but a pregnancy test just to make sure if u are or not! then if the pregnancy test is possitive then go see a doctor and ask them to do a blood test because a blood test is 100% sure.

It's possible. But no one here knows your cycle like you do. But my guess is you have been stressing ever since you had unprotected sex. That's a reason you could be late. Always use protection if you are not ready yet to have a baby. Get a test and find out for sure. Good luck.
