I took the morning after pill early August. In July I got my period on the 23rd. In August I got my period on the 18th. When September came around I was expecting it around the 20th. It still hasn't come and it's September 26th. I'm cramping and my boobs are tender, which I know is a sign of pregnancy, but I also get those symptoms when my period comes, but I've had these symptoms since September 10th. Could the morning after pill mess up my cycle or could I be pregnant?

Why do people care so much about people smoking and degrade them for it? Or even lecture? They don't know you, so they can't say they care. If they do its a load of BULL! I ask because I was so down graded on this thing for smoking. I never even met any of these people in my life. I just would like to wonder why they freakin care so much??? It isn't your life, it isn't your family that gets the second hand smoke, or your friends. I don't understand it!!!

Hi all i'm currently the mother of what many would consider a large family ( 4 kids) and recently found out that i'm preggers again. Ive been sooo perplexed b/c this new baby was not planned and will completely throw our home life out of sync. This being said, you should note that both my husband and I have nice jobs, are not on any assistance, and i currently am in a doctorate program. In addition, my oldest 2 are in private christian school, and the youngest 2 are watched by the grandparents, who have told us no more childern will be watched. (the youngest is only 9 months). Just wanted to gauge public opinion and see how many felt I should go forward with this pregnancy or keep my family at status quo.

I am pregnant for the second time, first time had a miscarriage. I am going to be 35 in 2 weeks, and some of my sister is telling me I should get my tubes tied because of my age. Which I have thought about. I am not sure if we will want more kids or not, my husband said he doesn't think I should do it. I just worry about finacial reasons. Any advice would be appreciated. Maybe I am just over hormonal, lol.

P.S. A Wagon is out of the questions.

My house is low on space. I have an OLD glider that was my mom's in the office which is next to the nursery. Since i'll be converting my guest room to the nursery...i'm low on bed space for our family that all live out of state and visit often. I was thinking of putting a single chair "sleeper" into the nursery instead of the glider and rock the baby in the other room. Do you think it will work or be a headache in the end?

I have been with my baby's father for over 3 years. We've had alot of problems. He's cheated on me constantly, among other things. We moved in with our mothers when we found out we were going to have a baby for more financial surport. After 3 years of living together it was hard not to anymore. In the past I had lived with him and his mother, but she said she didn't want that this time because it would be too cramped, but I am welcome to visit anytime. (Me and his mother have a very good relationship) So imagine my surprise & anger when I found out a week ago that not only has he been seing someone behind my back, but she has been living with them for a week! Obviously it's time to leave him alone, which is really hard because I love him dearly but he can't keep hurting me like this. I am due Oct 14th. How do I let him go on with his life & still have the 24/7 father my son deserves? He said he wanted to be there for everything but it hurts to see him. & I don't want my son to see this

I loved my daughters father very much , but we just could not be togather. I can not be angry about that.
He has made no move to be in my daughters life and shows no desire to do so ( she will be born in less than a month) , my current SO desires to adopt her at birth. Should I ever tell her about her biological father. and if so at what age ( I have a small box of stuff that used to belong to him that I have saved for her ).

Thanks
InVis

I don't understand it. Didn't you know it was permanent birth control when you got the procedure done?

It really bothers me because I'm 22 years old and want to get permanent birth control. I used to want to get a hysterectomy when I was a teenager and before I realised all the risks but, doctors think because I'm young it's not the way to go so, my fiance is getting a vesectomy. It's easier for males to get permanent birth control both physically and politically. He's 24 but, apparently, 24 is not too young for a MALE to decide he doesn't want or like children.

Don't you realise that making poor decisions like getting a tubal when you don't really want one effects the female population that truly hates the idea of having children? Gah.
