as far as the website goes...it's too busy. WAY too much going on there. it hurt my eyes/wasn't pleasing to look at which took away from the pics of your baby. which is the opposite of what you want to do!
minimal is best for baby sites, imo. i like all your ideas tho and you seem VERY creative and loving to have done all that for him! <3

Oh God he is so cute, I thought my daughter was the cutest baby ever, but your's is surely another cute one. My daughter is 9 months old and we too are crazy about her.
