did you find that at the end you stopped gaining? i ask because i am 23 weeks today and was wondering if there is al ot more weight to be gained...also what go you think of the name Gabriella for a girl? and what middle name would go good?

I had a c-section with my first daughter but I wanted to be put out competely so I have no idea how long it was before I actually got to hold her after she was born.

This C-section my doctor said he wants me to stay awake so apparently i'm going to get an epidural.

So since I'll be awake how long will it be before I get to hold my baby after the operation?

My mom said she had to lay flat for 12 hours before she could hold me but that was over 20 years ago.. I'm just curious. Any answers will help

OK... this is for interesting fun.... what would you seriously name your child? What do you think of these? (I am not even close to considering kids, these names just came to me!) Arielle Raven and Jade Sophie for girls and Bradley Darcy and Owen Mitchell for boys. Do not criticize me for the Darcy, all the middle names are charecters from books/poems... nothing too mean please!

my boyfriend and me planned to have a kid ... on wendsay we found out i was pregnat since then i havent seen himm .. hes acting differnt and still claims everything is ok... his leaving on sat to go see his other baby in connicut and im in florida. and he dosnt even want to come say bye or anything he says hes tooo busyy...why whould he be doing this to me after i thought everything was goign to get better since i founf out the good new.s.... When we moved in together my hubby and I decided together not to have kids until we were ready. I feel like we are leaps and bounds more ready than at that time. (8yrs ago) He doesn't think so. I can respect that. However now it seems like his decision changed from "not till we're ready" to "never, as long as I have any say". So, as I get older this feeling of wanting to have our own children gets stronger . I'm hurt that it is not a priority for him and he is not taking any steps to become "ready". Will he ever come around? I'm 29 and he's almost 33.

we both have never had sex ever. but last night, we didnt exactly lave sex but my penis was somewhere nead her clitoris. like we both didnt feel it inside. i withdrew as soon as i felt i was coming. but i think i must have dropped a drop there. after the act none of us had ANY pain nor any bleeding occured and we have both never had sex before with anyine ever. please help me, will this get her pregnant? please answer soon as i need to give her the morning after pill.

I'm due August 29th and I'm just trying to get everything together before my little princess arrives :-)

What do you usually carry in your diaper bag? (Sorry to sound like an idiot, but this is my first baby and I don't really know what to expect).

This is what I'm thinking:

Diapers (duh)
Wipes
1 Clean Outfit
2 Burp Cloths
1 Receiving Blanket
1 Changing Pad
1 Pacifier

I plan on breastfeeding exclusively, so their's no need for a bottle.

Is there anything else I will need?
