I agree with the the heat pad idea. It hasn't been very long so it may be normal...but if you are worried call your doctor today rather than wait the whole weekend. If you stop spotting and are still cramping then definetly call the doctor.
Sorry about your miscarriage. Good Luck next time!

I had exactly the same thing a few weeks ago. The Doc gave me some tablets for the pain but seemed to take ages for the cramp and sickness to go away - still slightly get them now. Its just the body trying to get back to normal. Hope you are ok x

Best thing to do is contact your doctor. He/She might want to see if everything was expelled and make sure your uterus is coming back down to it's regular size (which may be why you are having cramps). There is no better advice than getting seen by a professional.

I don't know what kind of meds they gave you but sometimes loritabs make me nauseous. I would call the nurse at the doctor's office and inquire, it shouldn't cost for a nurse to consult you. I think the cramps maybe coming from your body getting rid of the blood. Be safe than sorry, call the nurse.

it's only been a week your body had been changing for longer than that prior to your miscarriage as long as your bleeding has stopped or is stopping nothing is wrong your body is just trying to get back to "normal" , but i'm sorry for your loss and as soon as your uterus is back to it's normal position and your hormones are back to normal the cramping should stop

Damn I'm sorry to hear that. You're likely o.k. The earlier it occurs the less harmful to the mother. (I'm tryin to phrase it delicately, as "better, etc" is not the right term to use) It may be that this is what's goin on with yer doc. But don't be afraid to call up. Tell her you're worried. It's not out of line at all to do so. This is YOUR health after all. And doctors do make mistakes.

You uterus is trying to go back to normal signs. If it does not get better in a couple of days i would go back to the doc. Did you have a D&C? If so it is normal to have cramping.

You have cramps because your body just expelled a baby. It will hurt for a while.

Did you have a doctor take a look and remove any bad tissue, if not you may have blood poising and you need to see a professional

Call your caregiver.
Take a pain reliever and use some heat on your belly for the cramps.
