mens rights?

My first wife did the very thing you're talking about despite having agreed that we wouldn't have kids until we were more settled. the repercussion was that we remained married for four years, until she left me when I lost my job. It was something of a mystery to me that she then took up with an out of work crumb who made candles for a hobby, but go figure.

As for there being a law, what penalty would it impose? If they threw her in jail, it leaves the man with the baby that he didn't want in the first place, so that probably won't work out. They might sentence her to an abortion, but that would set off a deafening public outcry. Removing the child to whatever they call orphanages now days won't work. Those programs are over crowded already. In short, if there's a viable penalty, I don't know what it would be.

Then, to protect men's rights begs the question, what rights? He had the option before hand to keep it in his pants or to wear protection and prevent the whole matter. Nope, I'm afraid the threat of pregnancy will simply remain a hazard men must accept as they always have. And, all things considered, it's a risk worth running.

Its not right but if there was a law or something Men would use it against women all the time for gettin pregnant when they werent ready so theres no way to determine that! Plus since not all political parties agree on abortion there couldnt be the law. What would it be if you trick a man into gettin you pregnant then she has to have an abortion.. DONT THINK SO! Take matters into your own hands, sex is a 2 way street WEAR A CONDOM! and make sure its YOUR CONDOM that YOU PUT ON YOURSELF. If u dont want to be tricked by a women then be smart enough to be a man and protect yourself. Women who do that are so very wrong but peopole in this world are crazy so trust yourself and protect yourself if you do it that way theres no excuse for a women to get pregnant out of no where

First off it goes both ways I know alot of men who tell the g/f they can't have kids and women who say the same thing. It wouldn't happen if people still used protection no matter what anyone said. You can never be to careful in today's society. Then there are people I know for a fact were told they would never be able to have children by Doctors and they do. That's why if you don't want to have a child weather you are female or male wear protection its out there.

Yeah, The law should be that men must wear condoms 100% of the time or be 50% responsible for any pregnancy that occurs!!!
Personally I think it is really sad that some women still think they can win a mans heart by spreading their legs.

The man has a right to wear a condom every time. He's 50% responsible for the pregnancy.

No there shouldn't be a law. It's just comman sense. Guys should stop hoeing around. Don't have sex if you don't want kids! Or make sure you are the one in charge of the condom.

Judging from people I know, the repercussion is usually a hasty marriage and then divorce.

Sure should. It's a d@mn shame that women do this. It makes us all look bad. But it's even worse when men deny their children...should that be outlawed?
