Hi, I need help. My 8.5 months baby girl lately always throw up every time she cries; this happens 3-4 times a day. and she cries when I put her into her crib to sleep. She seems fine when I pick her up, no fever or anything in fact she smiles at me. I suspect that she does this throw up thing to trick me to come and pick her up. what should I do ?

My son will only drink water & juice from a sippy cup, and it is really frustrating when I give him a sippy cup with milk and he will just take a few sips & throw it on the floor. I don't like to force him but he should be on the sippy cup now without any problems. I hate to give him a bottle because I feel I'm not helping him to progress, but I also can't let him go without milk. So how can I get him off the bottle completely?

i have a 4 month old daughter and although healthy, i've discovered that lately, when i give her powder milk, she heaves as though trying to be sick. She's recently started to be sick and all her milk comes out though not all the time. Is it essential that i wind her all the time as i've noticed that on night time feeds, she drinks and straight back to sleep. Any advice please?

My son eats 4, 8ozs bottles and that does not fill him up. I just started him on solids (baby food). And that seems to do the trick. Did I start him to early?

My daughter is almost 10 months old..and she only weight 16 lbs..People comment on how tiny she is everyday..they even think she is 3 months younger then she is..She still fits most of her 3 months pants..and falls out of her 6 months..I have to put a thick onesie underneath just to make sure they will stay on. She is a very healthy baby..and she eats like a horse..and she is developing physically fine..crawling, and even trying to walk while holding on to things. I really don't think she will ever go through the chubby stage. My doctor says it's healthier for her to be slim..and she'll even walk faster.

hey everyone, i just had my daughter 6 days ago, and it was done by C-section. And i have noticed yesterday, that her eye gets crusties on it alot, and only on one eye. her eye lids are kind of redish color on that side too... is this normal? my dad thinks it might be from when she was in my stomach, because she could open her eyes in there too. im going to call the pediatrician today, once they open. But i am worried for her and i was hoping maybe someone would know. thank you for answering. =[

my son was diagnosed with colic (by 2 doctors). he is having the colic signs except for "3 hours crying". is it normal? or all colicky babies really cry for several hours?
he is 11 weeks old now. he use to cry unconsolibly when he was 8 weeks but only for 30 mins.

I made my son's out of fresh veggies and fruits...since then, I have heard that frozen veggies contain more nutrients as they are flash frozen shortly after picking. I like making the food myself as it saves a lot of $, but I don't want to short-change my new baby's health.

Does anyone or has anyone given their baby a store brand formula instead of a name brand. My husband and I cannot afford Simulac anymore and the store brand is $10.00 cheeper. I don't want to take away from my baby, but if store brand is just as good, I need to know. Opinions, facts, or personnal experiences welcome!
