He always took good naps, and seemed well rested. About a month ago, he began taking fewer and shorter naps during the day, and waking up again in the middle of the night. I am trying to put him on a schedule, but when I put him down he fights me. I've tried letting him crying himself to sleep, but after 25 minutes, he's still no where near sleepy. Any suggestions on how to get him to fall asleep easier? I am afraid he is not well rested, and it's causing him to be irritable during the day.

I plan on going out for my birthday and having a few drinks for the first time since my daughter was born...she is 7 months old now.
I am going to pump enough milk for 2 days.
My question is...how long does alcohol stay in your system..I know the more you drink the longer it stays in your system.
Just wanna make sure all is well before I nurse her.
Please no nasty or smart a$$ remarks.

My daughter is almost 10months old and she is good to lay down and take a nap during the day. But at night when I lay her down for bed, she always cries a lot, but eventually goes to sleep.... I was just wondering how long it took your kids to grow out of that?

Could someone give me some PRACTICAL reasons as to why it's a better idea to get married BEFORE having children? Practical reasons, not "because you're supposed to" or "because that's they way God wants it" or anything like that, please. Thank you.

I have been nursing my baby since he was born six months ago. It was very easy to lose my pregnancy weight due to breastfeeding him. Did any of you moms who breastfed, find that you gained weight once you weaned your child?
