although its great that the child was breast fed. The problem is is that the child is 2 and weighs 150 pounds. You need to put this child on a diet. 2% milk, fruit and veggies, fish and chicken, NO more fried foods, no more junk food, no more pastries, porgies, pasta, potatoes, or anything that is white from the bakery. Your child's heart is at risk, ;you wouldn't let him play on the road would you this is the same thing. A 2 year old will walk about 2 miles a day. Get a step counter they are only about 5$.
