I'm Completely Out of Formula and it will be a few hours before i can go to the Store, I'm considering giving my 5 month old whole milk til i can pick up more forumula but i heard that can make the baby sick. I need help, would it be alright to give the baby the whole milk? just a little maybe watered down? What would you do with a crying hungry baby and not able to get more formula for a few hours?

I've been looking for them but the ones I've found are the same size as regular nipples the only thing that changes is the flow ..I need ones that are actually smaller in size because regular ones are too long ...does any one know where I could find them?

I have a six month old son who goes down to sleep at about 8:30 or 9 at night. We feed him rice-cereal before bed and he's on formula, not breastmilk.

Either way he is waking up at least once an hour all night long until 8 am when he's up for the day. I've tried swaddling him and I've tried letting him sleep unwrapped but neither seems to work.

I'm not getting any sleep, and it seems like he should be sleeping through most of the night... Please help!

My guy's grandmother said that her daughter started to walk before seven months. I find it hard to believe bc my seven month old just started to "walk" using the furniture for balance. People said even that was some what early. Has anyone really seen a seven month old running around?

My little guy started sleeping through the night at 3 months old and did this for about 2 weeks. Then all of a sudden he stopped. Now I am lucky if He sleeps for 3 hours. He does eat when he gets up but I am not sure if he does this because he is hungry or wants comfort. he is breastfed. i have tried just rubbing his back but this does not usually work. I don't want him to get to upset so that he cannot fall back to sleep but I don't want him dependant on me coming whenever he makes a peep. He is a large baby in the 95th percentile. I don't know if that makes a difference.

Someone always has to say something about breastmilk/feeding? WHY? Obviously, this is the choice they have made...it's the choice I have made after I decided to quit pumping. This is so uncalled for and irrelevant to their question. It is mean and rude. What about if those of you doing this who breastfeed asked a question about thrush on your nipples, and a formula feeding mother responded "Well, if you were using Similac you wouldn't have to worry about that."

Why can't you just respect other people and their children/decisions, and if you can't provide a valid answer that relates to the question, then don't respond. It's really nasty.
