I am now 36 weeks pregnant and I felt my baby shaking or vibrating constantly for about 20 seconds.
It is NOT hiccups because I have experienced fetal hiccups and I have felt this shaking something very different and strange. It is also not the same as baby kicks nor punches because it feels like a seizure, reflex or something. I don’t know.

It was about 5am in the morning and the constant shaking woke me up. I felt it under my belly and I placed my hands deeply to really feel if it is the baby shaking and I can really feel that it's the baby shaking and it did not stop for about 20 seconds.

I talked about it with my doctor and midwife but I don't think they have heard the same thing with other pregnant women.

Has any pregnant women out there or who has experienced being pregnant ever experienced their unborn baby shake or vibrate constantly and for about 20 seconds or more?
If so, did your baby turn out fine?

I would really appreciate answers from any pregnant women.

I am drawing a blank about how much water I am supposed to drink today before I go for my scan... I don't want to mess it up and not have enough, I really want to see the baby today! Havn't done this is a few years, and I don't think my Dr. told me how much to have. Any help would be great! Thanks!

My son is in third grade. He's a twin and he and his sister were born prematurely. His emotional growth has always trailed a bit which my husband and I believe is pretty common in premature babies.

My son really struggles with personal responsibility in general. This year, in third grade, his teachers have stopped babying him. Last year, the last 2 six week he was on A honor role. The first six weeks this year all C's and one A. He hadn't been bring home his work so I emailed his teacher. Apparently he isn't doing his classwork.

I really don't know what to do because he is completing his homework. I like the fact that his teacher this year isn't holding his hand but he's not getting it. He is 8 years old and is capable of being a responsible for completing and turning in his classwork.

Does anyone have any similar experiences they could share to assist my husband and I in helping him? Please don't leave a comment if you aren't serious. We really appreciate your help.

Well i just found out that i am pregnant, 5 weeks and 3 days. My fiance' left me last night. Not due to having a baby he was thrilled when i told him. But he says all i do is B*tch at him... but the things he does to me, like takes my car all day, then when i call him he says "it doesnt matter where im at" Thats my car! Just little things... but damn you dont have to leave me! Anyways i have 2 other children from a previous relationship, Social Services cant find their father so im doin this all on my own. I cant do it again!! What do you all think about abortion? I dont believe in it... but its whats best i think. Do you think he will ever return??? Or even call??

for the past week and a bit i have had a constant headache, it is always there but sometimes i hardly notice it.

i posted a question about 2 weeks ago saying i had swollen habds feet and face.

i went to the doctors the next day and was asked to come back in a few days for them to re check my blood pressure.

that was a week ago yesterday (monday), i was then sent to the hospital as my bp was up a bit from the few days before.

i had blood tests done and was put on the monitor for a bit.

results came back fine and i was sent home again.

this weekend my feet got really swollen and still have been having the headaches, i also have got a really sore throat and have nearly lost my voice.

went to the midwife yesterday and bp was fine no protein in my urine, but still slightly swollen feet and hands and headaches still.

she said to take some paracetomol and see what happens. to phone the hospital if still there after.

Hi all
actually,my brother"s son who is just 10years old is reading a loads of books on almost any topic every now and then.i could understand that its good for him,but i am afraid he would spoil his health and his eyes as well.he has transformed himself from being a book-worm to a book-snake(means.when we try to stop him he"s really trying to bite us!).is it good for him to be like this and no play for his age.

My son is 28 months old and has not went potty on the toilet yet. He will sit on the potty and tell us when he has to go but has not yet. I have 3 children as of right now... My neice is 19. She has a 9 month old son and is 6 months pregnant. She is having some complications with this pregnancy.. The Dr told her she would not be able to work for the rest of her pregnancy, so she quit her part time job. She has to go to the Dr. 2-3 times a week so they can monitor her baby. I am a stay at home mom of 4. I offered to watch my 9 month old nephew while she has Dr. appointments to try to help out. She wants me to watch her from 8:00 to 5:30 on the days she has appointments. I agreed to watch him that long for $20 dollars a day. She lives at home and has the support of our entire family, but now everyone is turning on me. They think I should keep the baby for free. Am I being unfair? I feel I'm being taken advantage of because I don't work outside the home. HELP

plus she said she has had backpain, her feet hurt, and sh gained alot of weight in the past two weeks, she was really sick after it happened too.she is scared about what to do. they guy wants her to have the baby but she is to young and she want to give the baby a good life not a messed up one.She was really stupid she said it was her 1st time and and they didnt use a condom. thanks for your help we both appreciate it

I am pregnant with my first baby and I plan on breastfeeding. Should my baby nurse from one breast for about 10-15 minutes, get burped, then switch to the next? Or should I let him try to finish from just one? If he does nurse from both, will I have remaining milk to pump from both? If he nurses from just one should I pump from the one he didn't nurse from? Lastly, I want others to feed him (breastmilk from the bottle) when he gets older so he can be used to the breast. I still want him to be drinking breastmilk though and I know you can freeze it for up to 3 months. So the milk that I pump I can just freeze or throw out right? Please answer each question if you can. It will be very helpful and I'd really appreciate it =] Thanks everyone!

I just found out that I can not have children do to PCOS. But it was always my dream to be a mother. What are the cadntrails that you need to have to be able to adopt a child? Today she is puking. The profiles were all booked so she could only get in for one on friday this week. The doctor said she would only induce her after her profile. She has been having cramps for a week now. Is there anything she can do to make them induce her earlier or anything she can do to help send her into labor?
