Today she is puking. The profiles were all booked so she could only get in for one on friday this week. The doctor said she would only induce her after her profile. She has been having cramps for a week now. Is there anything she can do to make them induce her earlier or anything she can do to help send her into labor?

Yes she has a fever also. The doctor did mention somthing about her blood pressure as well. she has fainted a few times troughout her pregnancy, and the doctor also said she is low on iron.

She needs to go to the ER and now. Being this sick can also be a sign of high blood pressure and left alone it can cause a stroke for her and/or the baby. TAKE HER NOW!!!

I didnt word a mucus plug with my first and third. with my 2d I had the clean goo with blood, and that i'm at the instant due in 3 days and interior the final week have had some snot finding nasty stuff. I even have maximum of contractions lower back soreness and continuously thinking oh is this it. i know i will circulate anyday yet now i think like its so a approaches away on condition that i think greater helpful now than I did some days in the past. This seems to be the toughest area thinking whats taking place and whats happening. So what I do is only say nicely i assume if i'm in hard artwork my water will smash. I dont think of you will continuously notcie the plug so dont stress it to plenty, yet do save look ahead to it cuz it is an illustration your close. good luck and congrats I wager it is going to likely be anyday now

It is the flu season, is she running a fever? I dont know if the puking has anything to do with prelabor but I guess everyones body is different so it could be a sign of it. My midwife has always says walking, and sex are the best natural ways to help start labor. I know friday is along ways away but realistically it is only three more days. If she is really worried about the puking have her go to the hospital and they will check her there to see if she is dialated at all. At least then she will know if she is close at all.

She might already be in labor. Nausea is an early sign of labor. The cramping could be contractions. Tell her to go to the hospital if the cramps get worse. In the meantime, make sure she's drinking enough water.

Her doctor definitely should have had her come in today. I would call back or even go there and make sure that I am seen by someone TODAY. The hospital would be my last resort.

If you go to the ER and they send her home, to help with labor, she should try to walk a lot. If the baby isn't ready to come out, the only way to force him/her out is with induction so she may have to wait until Friday.
My sister was 10 days late before they induced her so your friend may have to be patient.

She should call her doctors office and let them know what is going on with her, they could want to see her to make sure it isn't something serious. Best of luck to her!
