I have a 13 month old who knows where the toilet is and knows how to flush it. When should I start potty training him, and what methods should I use? I have heard that it is harder to potty train boys then girls...HELP PLEASE

I am with a man that had a child when he was 19 years old. The mother put the baby up for adoption and he was in jail when it happened so he didnt get to sign the birth certificate or anything. His father has ahold of the birth certificate so he can sign it. Being in jail when it comes to adoption does the father lose rights even though he didnt actually sign them over?

I just felt that i had to let everyone know about me since they seem to be judging me based on the questions i asked. first of all thanks to all that answered and were polite.....but to the rest who act as if i am a lil girl........i am a sophomore at UC Davis & i am 18 yrs old.....me & my boyfriend have been together for over 2yrs & plan on getting married....no we do not have any STDs & that is why we continue to have unprotected sex because it is our choice....yes we are actually trying to have a baby because we know we are ready & this is something that we both want.....I know alot about life but there are still question that i want to ask the public & get their opinion on it.......i am just upset at the way some ppl like to judge & complain bcuz i ask questions......owell but once again thanks for answerin my questions iin the most respectable manner but to the rest you all should think about the things you say to others

Abortion is out of the question, not an option, this child will have life.

I'm 6 weeks pregnant, so still have a ways to go, and time to weigh options.

The father is a good man, but isn't ready to be a husband or a father, and doesn't like the idea of having a child he can't provide everything for, and doesn't like the idea of not being an involved dad.

He wants me to consider adoption.

However I would rather raise this child, our child, instead of giving him (the father says 'entrusting') to someone else.

I welcome personal experiences, opinions, suggestions, and ideas.

I am 21, the father is 23.

Ok, lets say that i start taking birth control pills november 1st and i keep taking them but i might take one, one day and then miss one the next day and i start taking them at diffient times cause i was taking them at 10:30 but i start taking them at 9:45 and then sometimes 9:30 but i didnt take on today and im gonna keep taking them but when friday gets here the 16th and i go sleep with someone what are the chances that i will get or become pregnant. i dont plan on taking them the 17th either. will taking my pills at diffifent times and skipin a pill each day will that make me fertile! aint that what they do is make you fertile?

I know I just posted this but it must have been too wordy and complicated because NOONE ANSWERED! I'm not positive that this actually is implantation bleeding, but I'm spotting today, very lightly and brownish, and I feel crampy and just overall blah. We had intercourse last Saturday, so it's been eight days - is this the typical time that implantation bleeding would occur?

We made the mistake of laughing too hard because we thought it sounded so cute. So when we would play with his magnetic or foam letters, and I'd point to a W and ask him what it was, he would get embarassed about not being able to say it. I know that when I was single, my then roomate was seeing this girl, and he was kind of using her for sex. Well, he found out she was pregnant and he paid for 1/2 of the abortion for her. I ask if he felt any guilt and he did not! Now that was many years ago, but I always wonder if it bothers guys when a women has an abortion? My daughter is in a Multi-senceory class and I afraid she might be ADD. We go over thing all the time but she just doesn't get it. I don't really know anything about it. We are taking her to a Neurodevelopmental Doctor.

I have a newborn who is just 3 days old. Today she has been wanting to eat constantly , basically all day. I haven't stopped feeding her. Every time I feed her she sucks her hands like she is still hungry. Do you think that when she feeds nothing comes out, because maybe she is only sucking the nipple and not latching on right? I don't know why she is eating so much today.

Okay. I am 6 weeks pregnant. I originally thought I would get rid of it because HE wanted me to, but the thoughts of it MAKE ME SICK. I considered adoption, but not sure that is the right decision for me.

I am 30. I already have 2 sons 12 & 8 by my ex-husband (who I was with for 14 years...)

I was on the PILL but HE didn't like to use condoms (of course he blames me for this pregnancy). He drove me to the abortion clinic on Friday - but they sent me home (i had coffee in the am -oops). He said he wouldn't make me do something that i couldn't live with - but he was NOT going to be a father. he wouldn't be there, no babysitting, etc.

Should I just go ahead and have it... I do have support from my family and friends.. i am just afraid ....

My husband and I have a 2 year old boy and a 4 year old girl. I am pregnant with our third and last child. Right now, they each have their own room...we are planning to have the baby in a bassinet in our bedroom until it is too big (not sure of the sex yet). Do you think it is wrong for us to put our 2 and 4 year old in the same room using bunkbeds, and let the baby have its own room until he/she sleeps through the night and can share a room with our son/daughter?

I just basically want your opinions on pregnant teens. I mean me and most of my friends have never been pregnant but why are so many teens getting pregnant and are unable to tell who the father is? Don't they know how to use protection? Or know common sense?
