Yes, you did. The "plan-B" pills are a hormone-inducing type pill which basically cause a chemical induced abortion. Most doctors and nurses don't like telling their patients about this though. The pills basically work by refusing the fertilized egg(or eggs in some cases) from becoming embedded into the uterine wall, thus causing the egg(s) to die off and be ejected during the next menstral cycle.

No, Plan B prevents pregnancy, and if you are pregnant, it won't cause an abortion. The abortion pill is the RU-486.

It all depends on whether
1. You took the pill and it worked before fertilisation
2. You were ever fertilised or going to be fertilised at all - you might not have got pregnant at all without the plan b
3. Your view on what constitutes abortion

Emergency contraception (EC), or emergency postcoital contraception, refers to contraceptive measures that, if taken after sex, may prevent pregnancy.
Forms of EC include:
Emergency contraceptive pills (ECPs)—sometimes simply referred to as emergency contraceptives (ECs) or the "morning-after pill"—are drugs that act both to prevent ovulation or fertilization and possibly post-fertilization implantation of a blastocyst (embryo). ECPs are distinct from medical abortion methods that act after implantation.
Intrauterine devices (IUDs)—usually used as a primary contraception method, but sometimes used as emergency contraception.
As its name implies, EC is intended for occasional use, when primary means of contraception fail. Since EC methods act before implantation, they are medically and legally considered forms of contraception. Some pro-life groups define pregnancy as beginning with fertilization, and consider EC to be an abortifacient

Maybe, it prevents the egg from implanting not from fertilizing, so it depends on if you feel life begins at conception, implantation or whenever. but you may have prevented a viable embrio from implanting, so maybe.

No. You prevented a pregnancy. Though it really depends on your views on it.

Not actually, but you should really talk to the doctor that prescribed it to you, if you still have questions.
