he gets these coughs at least once a month and it goes on for like a week and a half...and my mother inlaw tells me not to give him milk but he loves to drink milk straight...

In the past 2 weeks, I have not had much of an appetite at all, only towards a very few specific foods. When I do eat, I get sick a lot. Also, my breasts have been very tender these past fews days and slightly swollen. My lower back is in a lot of pain, but that could be my scoliosis acting up. i have also noticed I'm having more mood swings than normal. Do you think I'm pregnant? I know most of you will say take a test, and I know I should, but I just want to know if you guys really think I am or not. Thank you very much for any advice you have.

i don't know if i'm having "fertile" cm or not. and i'm scared.

i am due to ovulate tomorrow, so i started checking my cm and cp on wednesday. on wednesday i noticed my cervix was soft, high, open and wet. i had this very large amount of gummy cm. it was stretchy. thursday, same thing. my opks were negative both days.

yesterday, i noticed a SMALL amount of ewcm and my opk was positive. today, i have just watery cm and another positive opk.

what's wrong? shouldn't i have lots of ewcm to get pregnant? what could be the reason i dont?

ok. so i am extremely irregular on my periods. had my last period because of taking provera. haven't been on it since june 26 which is when i last had my period. this morning i wiped and had some blood- not a lot but definitely enough to notice. and that was that! i have had a lot of cramping today but everytime that i have gone pee no blood or anything when i wiped. could this possible be implantation bleeding or do you think this is the start of my period? HELP!

i heard that animals can sense labor coming, and that they will act different......so the fact that my kind keeps hissing at me and trying to bite me would be a good sign?? Usually she is all lovey and right up in my lap but today you would think i was a stranger!!! i had to quarantine her to the bedroom so she will calm down!! Anyone else have pets that acted out towards the end of their pregnancy?? becuase i have 12 days left

The reason I am asking this question is that I find it extremely odd that your small child goes missing and all you can do is wear yellow ribbons in your hair and go to see the Pope. If my daughter had ever gone missing, I would have been mortified and her father would have howled like a baby.

I am trying to decide what I want to do about my doctor situation. My first choice is to birth in a birthing center. However, with United Health Care, it is considered out of network, as with almost any insurance. We could still use it but we would be paying a few thousand out of pocket. I hate hospitals and think doctors make a business out of childbirth with forceps, episiotimies (sp?), c-sections, etc. But because my husband wants to save money and is more comfortable with me birthing in a hospital, I have agreed to do so as long as I can have a doula. With all that said, there is a hospital right down the road, maybe 1 mile away. I just moved to this area and do not know any doctors, so I'd randomly be picking a OBGYN that uses that hospital. My good friend is pregnant and has recommended a OBGYN, but the hospital she services is 15-20 miles away. What should I do? Opt for the closer hospital with a doctor I dont know, or go with the recommended OBGYN who is further away?

hes 5 weeks and we've been trying all this stuff with him bc hes got like major gas pains and stomach pains. so tha doc has changed his formula cuz he said there was blood in his stool meaning hes alergic to cows milk protein. well this doesnt seem to do nething. weve been prescribed the levisin drops. those didnt do ne thing. and also the orange syrup for constipation and bla bla and that didnt work? he jsut screamed so painfully for about 30 minutes like pushing his brains out and farting. like it killed him to fart or somting? tha doc doesnt think its a gas problem. women have you gone through this with your babies? im only 19 so im still pretty immature with this stuff. but please give me some advice or someitn i should try giving him or anything!! thank you.

Hi, i am 15 years old and 38 weeks pregnant with my first baby.

I no longer live with my parents - they kicked me out when they found out that I was pregnant. I now live in a youth hostel, and I do not have many people I can talk to about things.

For those of you that have been through it, could you maybe take some time to answer my questions?

What is the worst part of giving birth?

She's really pretty and hot. And she's not like most of the cheerleaders with the snotty attitude, she's actually really nice. I have three classes with her. In one class I sit beside her and we talk sometimes, but most of the time the other guys around her are talking to her. On the first day of school I opened the door for her and she gave me the sweetest smile ever! Then yesterday I asked her if she wanted to go to homecoming with me and she said she was already going with somebody else and it hurt but oh well. What should I do? I would probably never get a chance because she's real popular and I'm only a reciever on the football team.

I have a darling month old little girl. Right now I'm on maternity leave and home all day with her everyday, and my husband goes to work. Well, there is something I don't understand and it makes me feel heartbroken. Why is it that I can be home all day long for her and she won't do any firsts for me? Her first smile was for him, and then last night her first laugh was with him, while I was outside so I didn't even get to hear it and she still hasn't even laughed for me.
So why is it that I am home all day long with her and play with her and everything else but she still gets all happy when he comes home and does all these special things for him? I know I should be thrilled that her and her daddy have this special bond, but I am also upset that she can't share any firsts with me to tell him about when he gets home. Can someone help me understand this?
