implantation bleeding???

ok. so i am extremely irregular on my periods. had my last period because of taking provera. haven't been on it since june 26 which is when i last had my period. this morning i wiped and had some blood- not a lot but definitely enough to notice. and that was that! i have had a lot of cramping today but everytime that i have gone pee no blood or anything when i wiped. could this possible be implantation bleeding or do you think this is the start of my period? HELP!

My guess would be anovulatory or estrogen breakthrough bleeding.
