After my second daughter I decided to try the depo shot because I knew other bc caused me to get really sick and my body couldn't handle them. I got the shot June 24, 2006 just that one time. I got really sick and my body had negative effects from the hormones in the shot. Therefore, I didn't get any other doses of it. Also, my periods have always been irregular between 30-40 days usually, with very very rarely missing a period before the shot, occasionally afterwards. Now a year later my husband and I decided we want to start trying for a third child to finish our family out. I just don't know how best to actually get pregnant with no idea if i'm even ovulating no doubt when I would be month to month. Also, then after I would get pregnant when could I actually test and get true results? Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you!

Why do some parents object to putting their toddlers into safety reins or at least a wrist strap these days?
I brought up four boys on my own and couldn't have gone shopping without growing two more arms (at least!) when they were all tiny and the older two were out of the pushchair stage without their reins.
It may seem fine with only one toddler but it is better to be safe than sorry and I never lost any of mine even temporarily and God forbid if they had slipped away and run into the road!
What is the objection? All of this nonsense about "restricting" children annoys me - they *need* to be restricted for their own good - will these same parents disobey the new law on child seats and proper seatbelts to keep children safe in cars? I never drove anyway and that is why I kept my boys safe (and healthy) when walking to the shops and so on and taught them road safety once they were older and out of reins but when they were little I didn't take any risks with their lives.

She screams when she doesn't get her way, when she's upset, when she wants us, even when she's happy. She has different screams for each time. I know I should be happy that she's communicating, but it's just wearing on my nerves hearing a scream each time she wants something or is upset. Does anyone have any suggestions on how to get her to stop?

now, whenever I give her a bottle she chews on the nipple and spits the milk out the sides of her mouth. She is teething(has 2 bottom ones) I dont know if this has anything to do with it. Is there anything I can do about this?? It seems like she is spitting half the bottle out and I am having to feed her more and more!
