I know you can take paracetemol, which isn't really helping. Can you take ibruprofen, or can you suggest anything else suitable?

Been trying for about 8 months. Regular as clockwork, and most periods i feel pregnant then come on the day i'm due! If i am this time... whould i be feeling different? It will be my 3rd pregnancy, but my other 2 were not planned like this.... Thanks :-)

Last night as my son and I were making ice experiments I explained to him that he should never lick the ice/frost in the freezer because his tongue will get really stuck. I remember I did as a child and wondered how may other kids may have done the same thing! LOL! Anybody else?

I have to go to a intake meeting for a behavior school tommorow so they can show me my classes and my bus and stuff.. I don't even know if I'm going to go, ill just let my mom go.. im scared to death to go in there, I'm very unique so what if all the kids in behavior skool laugh at me since they are there for temporarily placement since they can't behave in normal school..

but what if they make fun of me and I get beat up and what if they all talk about me??? help me plz. 10 points.

if the child were horrifficly mutated like with a third eye, or one eye square in the middle or two heads or just something so horrible that you wouldnt want that child to go through such a horrible life. If I were in those kinds of circumstances yes I would, however any other kind I would not choose to get one. and I dont judge others for choosing to do so. I know that there are alot of people who are totally againts abortion and I would like to know what they would do in that situation. Yes I know that these kinds things rarely happen, i was just curious.

My doctor told me to look out for contractions and that I could have a preterm labor. Will this affect my baby if shes not a full 40 weeks?

also, a couple of weeks ago, this began:
i feel her jump on a repeative pattern. It's almost like she's getting the hiccups. but this happens once or twice every day. is that normal. is it really hiccups, or is that something else?

My 19 month old preemie sucks her two middle fingers (The I Love You suck) and has done so since 4 months of age when she gave up her pacifier on her own. How do I get her to stop doing this as it's affecting the left side of her body and giving her muscle and neck stiffness to have her head facing that direction all the time as she will turn the direction of her hand.

My baby is 2 and a half months old. Last few days, he seemed to be hungry a lot. He used to go 3 to 4 hours between feeds before but now gets hungry even after 2 and a half hours. In the night, he wakes up more for feeds. I'm still breastfeeding and am on the mini pill. Could that have decreased my milk supply? How do I know if that is so? Or is he just more hungry because he's getting bigger? If so, will my milk supply catch up with his appetite? Should I feed him more often, top up feeds with a little formula, or just feed as normal and give boiled water in between?

until now my 3 1/2 year old kid is taking milk from her mom. he does it everytime he wants to sleep most specially in the afternoon and night time. though he is not that dependent on her mom's feeding as before and once and a while, he can drink from a glass, i just want him to totally stop from breastfeeding but how.

My child is not thiving in the school she is in. And the things they have with held about her personal feeling have been completly irresponsible! She is in the prossess of adoption and they have withheld info about her expessing negative thoughts of hating herself and saying she did not want to live any longer! Does anyone know the legal steps to take to move her to a different school? Please don't just make comments. I need real advise on this!( They also know that she is on meds for ADD, so you think they would of put 2 and 2 together

Background Story.
I had unprotected sex with my boyfriend about a month ago. I know, bad on my part, but it was a heat of the moment type of thing. Prior to that, I had gotten pregnant with another boyfriend, who is the SCUM of the universe. I had aborted it which left me into tiny little pieces. But that's another story. But, ever since then, I vowed to myself that I will ALWAYS use protection from now on. But, this time, it was an accident and I didn't think he would ejaculate in me. I was expecting him to pull out. Guess not.

So, afterwards when I asked him where he came, I flipped out. The next day I went to a local pharmacy and had purchased Plan B. It was taken within those 24 hours. I had taken it that night I went to my boyfriends house. That night we had PROTECTED sex.

Few days later, I started to bleed. Spot, rather. For like a day. I know that is a side effect. But still I became worried cause I read that your period will either be late or early. Ever since then, no period. I usually get my period the first week of each month. It's been a no-show since then. I had taken 2 pregnancy tests and but had came out negative. All sexual activity has been protected. My period is regular. Never had a irregular one. Always on time.

My question is, Did plan B throw off my period for this month?
Should I take another pregnancy test by the end of the week?
Should I wait till the next month to see what happens?


I've been stressed out, really bad. I know my stress can effect it; but honestly.. even if I stress... it doesn't really effect my period. I don't know.. but please, someone help me.

my first which is a girl was 8lb 9oz born at term and my 2nd was born 2 weeks early and weighed 9lb and is a girl born less then a year after her big sister.
they say she would have been 11 lbs at term OUCH.

My daughter is a cutter. she will cut herself for stupid reasons and i dont understand it. can someone tell me why this seems to be the cool thing to do now days? its not like she has a bad life she has every thing she needs roof fuse tv love and a very understanding free thinking parent yes only one i am a single parent, i lett her express herself and explore life at her pace but this cutting thing has me stumped. how can i get her to stop before shes nothing but a scar.

I am having 3 yr old son, he is too naughty, some times when we deny to accept his demands(say he want ice-cream/chocolates) he lose his temper & starts to beat his mother, some times while playing also he beats his mother or to me also. By Nature he is shy, can any one answer me how can i control his temper?
In the School (Play-Group) also 4-5 months ago his compliants were there that he is not having his attention, but now his teacher told me that form last 1 month in the school he is having his attention and his progress is good,
How should I tackle his tamper, and increase his attention in the study??
