i had my period on 15th february and finished at 19th feb. i don't know when is ovulation. i can't do it everyday so i need the ovulation days

I count 14 days from the first day of my last period and know i ovulate around then, i have a 32 (ish) day cycle though. Try counting 10 days (that makes it about the 24th yeah?)then start looking out for signs from your body, you know that funny slippy discharge you get, a bit like egg whites? Thats a sign that ovulation is imminent. Also take notice of pains in your side and feeling hotter than usual. Start doing this and get an idea how your own body works before spending money on ovulation kits. Start having sex a couple of days before ovulation so sperm is there waiting, every other day is fine because sperm will sit in your body for a few days waiting for the egg. Dont get too hung up with all this counting though, i have been trying a while because i got so wound up about it. Good luck to you x

According to school biology, You will ovulate exactly 14 days form the 1st day of your period, and depending on what sex you are trying to get have sex nearer that date for a boy and about 4 to 5 days before for a girl. so in your case, you will ovulated around 15+ 14= 29th Feb or 1st March...so a week before ( that is form the 21st to the 3rd march, have as much sex as you can...

ovulation plays a very important role in the way to conceive: first things to do - see if u have regular menstruation or irregular one.
if u have regular Menes is more easy to tracking Ur ovulation.
4 important elements must be present:
1-the sperm= 1sperm+1 egg= baby
2-cervical mucus must be slick thin like the egg white to let the sperm swim through the fallopian tube .
3-tracking basal body temperature goes up slightly until Menes
4- pain in lower pelvic region this mean an egg is being released or will soon be released.................. follow those sign and u will increase Ur Chance to conceive. do the intercourse before 2 days from the ovulation and the day of ovulation...

It depends on your cycle. If you have a 28-day cycle (the first day of your period being the first day of your cycle), then you're supposed to be most fertile (ovulating) on your 14th day. Another way you could look at it is 12-16 days after the last day of your period. You'd really have to know your body and the cycle of your period to be able to get the best results. Try looking up ovulation calendars to help you out.

My doctor told me when I was trying to conceive to start with day one as the first day of your period to day 10-14 to have sex every day or every other days. Sperm can live up to 72 hours in the body but the earlier days (days 10-12) are better because they can insure pregnancy. Also, if you do not have regular periods, I would have sex every other day (if you get burned out easily). The best suggestion would be to not focus on baby making but to focus on having fun and enjoying your partner. We tried six years and went to a fertility specialist. They said everything seemed fine so we tried and got pregnant. We did find out when I got pregnant that I had hypothyroidism that was not diagnosed until 2 months pregnant. Good luck

Hi, i would suggest joining mymonthlycycles.com i did and tracked my periods for a couple of months then it automatically started sending me emails telling me my ovulation time and the best time to have sex! And guess what I got caught the first month of trying! so good luck!!!
