My first is named Broolynn Kaye so of course I loooove it. But a better question is do you think it is appropriate for a girl? If yes then go for it if that is what you want. You can consider every ones opinion but the final say is up to you and the father.

I have a good friend named Brooklynn and never even thought of the NYC reference until now. As long as you don't live in NYC, go for it! (I do prefer the double N spelling, but to each his own. It's still the same name.)
