most girls start around there, it's just part of growing up and learning about your body which will build self confidence, knowing what pleases you, and exploration of yourself. perfectly normal, just make sure that you keep it private since they are called private parts for a reason, and don't share them with anyone until married or at least 18.

Here's some GOOD advice, if you really like this 19 year old guy then you would stay away from him until you turn 18. Unless, of course, you want to see him get criminal charges filed on him for messing around with an underaged girl, and probably end up going to prison for 2-20 years. Do you really like him that much? Or not?

I don't know if I'd use the word grab..... However it is fine to touch, rub and fondle her private parts. This is perfectly normal and part of growing up.

sure it is. . . .its called touching. . . .its ok for both boys and girls. . .but remember that it isn't acceptable in public or sometimes even by your parents . . . .so when you do so keep the door closed. . . .its really ok. . . . . its infact good to discover your own body . . . .and you're not the only one

try to keep busier have a hobby , have lots of interests, exercise, read a lot -----however sometimes OK for relaxation just don't over do it. Most things are good in moderation and this is probably just one of those things......
