We're both in college and just found out we're pregnant. He wants me to get an abortion. I'm guessing I'm 3 weeks along. I never wanted to get an abortion, i think its murder and i dont believe in it. But hes not from the US and his family will never accept him having a child like this. And i'm only 21, i'm not ready for a kid and i've never been so scared in all my life. What do i do? I cant even tell my Mom or she'll freak that i'm even considering abortion.

A nursery home is where parents could leave their child at age of 3 mos and above for caring and education as well. It is a substitute for a nanny since it caters to child care and development programs, while the parents are doing their works or errands.

Like how they would most likely feel. If ones firm and one's soft, if one's kinda firm, and the others not.

My 28 months daughter is really showing signs of terrible twos now. She has a fixed way of doing things and getting things done. Like for example she wants to wear gloves first then socks followed by shoes and then the jacket and if we try to alter anything she throws a big tantrum. Similarly she throws a big tantrum when we stop her from doing other naughty stuff. This happens every day without fail and my stay at home wife gets exhausted by the end of day. If we try to do anything out of the ordinary or her way she throws a big tantrum, she will cry and scream, recently she has also starting throwing things around and also tries to hit us as well. . She is overall a very fun loving and happy kid but nothing seems to working for her. We have tried talking to her and punishing her as well by giving her time out (1-2 minutes) in the bath room but she does it again and again.

Personally I was in labor for 32 hours with my first, 16 with my 2nd and 9 with my 3rd child.
But I have friends that have had there first in 45 minutes after labor started. I never went for the first few hours. I would of had mine at home if it was that fast.

We tell women not to go till there constant and regular about 5 minutes. ( Or if your water breaks ofcourse), but to call the doctor at 10 minutes apart.
Mine personally were 2 minutes apart for at least 8 hours.

So help me out. How exactly did you know it was time to go in?

I have a 13 month old son, and my partner also has a 6 yr old son who stays with us 50% of the time and a 10 yr daughter who we see fornightly (both from his x-wife).

I'm really wanting to have a daughter (though obviously that can't be guarenteed) (and of course if I have a boy I'd love just as much).

The pregnancy I had with my boy was filled with nausea, and I had a lot of trouble breast feeding him, dispite help from midwves etc.

Up until recently I've been in the mind set that I didn't want to have another child, as I had a full load looking after the one I had and working. But recently the idea of getting pregnant and having a baby has been a tempting one.

My partner would love to have another one, and so would I, as I'm worried it would be too much to handle, and stress. Also I work in an animal center, and being pregnant would severly impact on my work.

Does anyone have any suggestions, opinions, pros, cons in relation to this?

to help me engage with my 12 and 10 years old kids. I am a working mother and when I find time, I like to be left alone. But I am afraid that this is not right all of the time. I am looking for ways to engage with my kidds other than watching TV or movies together; may be sharing games like scrabble. I need to talk to them about how to be useful to their own family, friends, community but without lecturing them.

I know they recommend to wait at least 6 weeks to work out again after giving birth. So I was just wondering if anyone knows if there are ANY exercises at all that I can do before I actually start really getting back into my old full body work out routine and diet. I know they say it's ok to go walking...anything else? I started off 104 and ended in a 159 at the end of my pregnancy. Even though a few people got on my case about my eating habits when I was pregnant, I took FULL advantage of the "pregnancy apetite" and have NO regrets... i LOVED it!! Now, I REALLY want to get back to my normal weight again, not to mention that "after birth belly" I got is pretty annoying...still look about 5 1/2 months! I actually feel pretty good - pretty good recovery, just a minor tear and a little stitching, but that seems to be going down now. However, I don't want to risk doing anything to my body that may end up hurting me. Also, I am breastfeeding and I know that's supposed to help, too.

Okay, I've never been on food stamps, and I have absolutely nothing against those who need them. My question is, for those of you who are on them. Do you believe you should be allowed to get soda and chips with them? They aren't necessities and I personally don't feel you should be able to. If you want them bad enough, use cash. Just curious as to what other people think about this.

I feel like I should know the answer to this question already since I've been TTC for over 2 years, but I don't. I know the *average* time for implantation is 7-10 DPO...but what is the EARLIEST that it can happen?

My temp jumped up drastically at 5 DPO and I'm holding out hope that it means something. Is 5 DPO way too early or is it possible?

Me and my twin(ages 12) have to take care of our younger siblings ALL day EVERYDAY. My parents just go to work and come home and go in their room. We both cook we clean we feed everybody we buy the stuff. We always have to take them places and put them in bed at night. Feed the babies and blah blah blah my parents say we should be grateful that we have parents who put a roof over our head. That or they tell us"shut up and stop complaining both of you" my friends always get aggrivated when they have to tag along and my hands hurt from pushing strollers around. What should I do?

I am so sick of reading "15 and pregnant what do I do?" Why is it so easy for teenagers to get pregnant rather than us women who are actually trying because we WANT a baby and will care and love our baby? All these teenagers say "it was an accident" or "Why am I pregnant?" When all us other women are asking "Why am I not pregnant?" It is almost heartbreaking seeing all these younger girls easily getting pregnant and not even wanting a baby when other women who actually want a baby have the hardest time! :(
