olive oil and eucalyptus oil 3 to 1 ratio mix shake bottle b4 using. Swab inside each nostril not like all the way just barely inside and breath in through the nose. Wash hands thoroughly. Massage from bridge of nose to outside eyebrows following above eyebrows then down both sides of nose to cheekbones. I do this a few times and in about 5 minutes I clear up for a little while. Peppermint oil for muscle and Headache rub the Peppermint oil on the back of your neck and massage your shoulder muscles be careful because the oil is powerful and will make your eyes watery. Also peppermint oil can warm your skin so don't touch your eyes when you have oil on them. Wash hands thoroughly.

First of all, congrads with the baby! The best I can say for natural remidies is to have some chicken soup, and use a humidifier. If you get a fever or if this keeps on going for a few days, please see a doctor. I'm sure they can give you something both safe for you and the baby.
Good luck,
Kassie

It's actually part of pregnancy...no remedy is going to make it better...sorry :( Just remember how much your body is going through to support the life of your child, and make sure that you take as good care of yourself as you can-tons of fluids, rest, and do nice things for yourself that are also good for you-pedicures/manicures, baths, things like that. Teas might help, just research what you can drink while preggo-I really liked raspberry leaf tea when pregnant and it's actually beneficial to your placenta. Good luck, hope you feel better! And remember, this too will end.

This could be because of muscle fatigue or dehydration. Try exercising all parts of your body. It also sometimes is due to disuse atrophy. Try out some home remedies. You can also look for information in the web that give you home remedies. I found this website very useful. http://aches.in/cramps.html

Talk to your Doctor prior to taking anything. I was sick with a fever and sore throat and I had to go to the hospital where they ran fluids through me because my babies water temp was to hot and if they could not get my temp down to get the water temp down then they were going to take her out. Go to the Doc that is what they are for.

sounds like you have a nasty head cold
I had one when I was pregnant (about as far along as you are now) and my doctor said I could take Sudafed. BUT - you need to ask your doctor what you can do.
good luck! feel better soon!

Drink lots of fluids. Unfortunately this season is not missing anyone...including me! I don't normally get sick, but to me, 2007, so far, has been awful! Keep your chin up and call your doctor and see what he/she advises you to do. Keep me posted and the best of wishes!
Also GET LOTS AND LOTS OF REST AND SLEEP!
