I work at a poor elementary school, and I want to work with the kids, some don't have good homelife's, and I wish people would wake up and look around, they are tomorrow. Give them the time to do something, to live up to the impossible. Don't put them into a catagory, don't say they can't live up too it. You have no idea what they are capable of. Just protect the people of tomorrow.

Hi! I'm looking for a co-ed baby shower game that's not too physical (i.e. diapering the baby), and that would get everyone involved. I just don't want something too cheesy. Can you guys please help me out?

I breastfed my 1st two children for a few months each time...so I know about letting the baby nurse while you lay on your side...yeah this is so much easier in the middle of the night than getting up, warming a bottle, ect....but my question is....if you do this...dont you still get up when the baby finishes nursing, burp him/her and change the diaper??? (Warming a bottle is the easy part!)

I was always taught....feed, burp, change....feed, burp, change....but it seems so intrusive after baby (and maybe you) have peacefully drifted off

What do you do?

I am now three months pregnant and still have not heard my baby heart beat or had an ultra sound done yet. When I had my last ob app. I asked about an ultra sound and she said that it was to early and that they don't do their ultra sounds until 18 weeks through the pregnancy. I was about 11 weeks, she told me that I might not be able to hear anyhing yet. I don't understand why I have to wait this long cause I read on the computer that some people get ultra sounds as early as 6 weeks pregnan t and hear the heart beat.

I'm doing that but my temps just seemed to go up and down whenever I would take them in the morning, and where could I buy some reasonably priced OPK or OPTs? I've seen a few on ebay but I need some that actually works. if anyone could help I would appreciate it, thanks. my menstruation cycle last usually about 8 days if that helps anybody, I'm trying to figure out when I ovulate, thats the easiest way that I can think of to do it, sorry if thats too much information.

I've heard that BC pills will make u feel as if u are pregnant and I get like this but I've never missed my period. I never started my period and I'm never late or anything. I've been feeling sick, throwing-up like but I never throw up but I feel as if I have to. The week before I was supposed to start my period I had a little bit of brown blood looking stuff that only lasted 3 days but then went away. My body feels weak and I just want to sleep and it feels kinda like I have the flu. I'm on BC and have been for 8 years but I'm just wondering if anyone else has had anything like this. Thank you sooo much in advance.

How much did the hospital charge you (or your insurance company) for the birth. I had a c-section and both baby and me were in the hospital 4 days. There were no other complications (besides c-section) and the total cost was $19,515. Is this about average?

I have a Graco SnugRide infant car seat. However, my 5-month old is over two feet tall and about 18 lbs. Assuming she reaches the 20 lb max before her first birthday, what kind of car seat do I need to get?

I for one think that people should be financially, physically, and emotionally ready before having a child. Being in a stable relationship is also a plus. What age would be considered too young to have a child though? People can have a college degree at 18. They can be married at 16. What is your take on this?

Our son who is in 7th grade stayed overnight at a friends house this weekend. His friend is in 5th grade and when he got home he told me he had a good time, but he pointed out that his friends mother had them take a bath together before bedtime on saturday night. He said it was fun but he didn't expect it. Our 7th grader is still physically immature and is about the same size as his friend.

Should I say something to his friends mom or should I just let it go?

I have been called to jury duty even after filling out the form stating that I am breastfeeding. My daughter is 16 months old and still nurses VERY frequently during the day. I am the only person available to care for her during the day. I have to write a letter explaining that why I cannot serve. I plan on including a note from our family practioner as well as from my OBGYN stating that a sudden separation could lead to mastitis and be traumatic for us both. I would like some ideas for what I could include in the letter. Also has anyone in this situation been successfully excused? I live in Michigan.

I have had it in place for a while now, and I am overwhelmingly tired everyday. I think it may be chronic fatigue, but it may be the Merina.

I am not sure. I have had debilitating fatigue for over three years. I am only 28 years old!
Thanks for your help!

I am hurting constantly though in my uterus area( that's all I can think of to explain it)... it hurts to even sit... the baby feels like he might pop out.
