I went to the doc today, I told him that contractions were about 15 min. apart... That they were coming also from my back to under my ribs... he checked and I am a little morre than a two dilated... I am hurting constantly though in my uterus area( that's all I can think of to explain it)... it hurts to even sit... the baby feels like he might pop out.
The doc said that he didn't think I would mnake it to my next appointment, but maybe.

It's just the pressure of the baby pushing down getting ready to come out. I feel for you, hopefully your baby will make his appearance soon. In the mean-time, lie on your side whenever possible. And call the maternity ward where you plan on delivering and talk to one of the nurses or ask if they have a doula on staff. They will have lots of helpful information for you and may even have some tips on how you can get comfortable until the baby comes. At times during my pregnancy I felt like the nurses gave me more info. than my Dr. did, I was going in twice a week for non-stress tests, those nurses really know what they are doing and were very helpful. Congrats and good luck!

It hurts so bad to sit becuase the baby's head is engaged down in your pelvis.
