My son will be three in may. Recently he has developed a habit of creeping into our (his dad & I) bed at night. This is happning more and more frequently. He says he is scared of monsters. He has always had a good bedtime routine and his own bedroom since he was 9 months old. I know its just a phase im just not sure how best to get him back to sleeping through in his own bed. We have given him a childrens torch to shine if he gets scared and explained that there are no monsters and that mummy and daddy will always keep him safe. He says he doesnt like his bedroom, only ours! we dont mind him cuddling up in our bed with us once in a while but not every night, Its making him tired and preventing me from sleeping also!
Any advice??

HI, We are having a baby girl in February and since it is our first one I have no idea what I need. Theres a lot of checklist availabe online but those have too much stuff in it. I just whant to know the necessary stuff that I've got to have when I come home from the hospital. I'll buy the rest as I'll need it after that. There is no one I can ask since my mom passed away two months ago and my mother-in-law lives too far away and doesn't understand the word "necessary". So I need a checklist for pretty much everything. I do have a crib and changing table + pad and stroller and a car seat. What else do I need? I am going to breast feed if possible ... thanks :)

On Christmas Eve I picked up my niece and newphew and each weight between 60 - 80 lbs. It was not until Christmas Day that my pregnancy test came back positive after almost a week of testing (19 days after conception).

On Dec 30th at night time, I had some dark brown spotting. The next day it continued and went to emerge. My HCG was 368 and the Dr said it was low; however, I could have actually ovulated later and the sperm not meet the egg until quite late therefore making me earlier in my pregnancy than the "almost 6 weeks" according to standard pregnancy calendars.

I only have brown spotting after standing and not if I lay down or sit. I have not soiled any pads. I have an ultrasound appt tomorrow. I had a miscarriage 2.5 yrs ago; however, it was very bloody right away and continued for weeks.

Not sure if I've ruptured and spotting old blood; miscarrying again or normal?

We're not sure what we're having yet, and we've already got the boy name picked. If it's a girl, we like Reagan and Natalie. Which one is better, and what middle name would you put with it? Keep in mind our last name starts with "M".

i am 39 weeks and my doctor told me that he doesnt mind if i go into labor. i am only dialated 1cm and cervix is still a little think. what can i do to make myself go into labor? i already know about walking and sex so basically i want to know about the castor oil... i have already talked to my doct and OB triage nurses and they said it does not harm the baby at all nor does it harm you so i dont want any reply's telling me how dangerous it is because i have already done my research on it. i would like to hear from people who have used it and it actually worked. Thanx!

hi everyone, i am 8 months pregnant today and as u can most of my thoughts are now with the birth!

I am 22 years old. I was raped in the building I live in. I did not know they guy, he is now in jail.I am strongly against abortion. Also I am financially able to take care of a baby. I know it will be hard to deal with the fact that my baby came from rape if I do continue the pregnancy. But I'm sure it might be just as hard to know that I killed my child. What are your opinions on this situation?

ok been feeling nausue,my breasts have been hurting a little,but here's the thing had my last period Dec.23 and went all 5 days. NO sign of just spotting. Now I am up for starting ovulation are these signs before ovulation takes place? I'm tryin to wait it out to see if I start my next period for Jan. I'm pregnant again and we are thinking that if we have another girl, we will name her Laura. We've been thinking of the name Laura Caroline, but what other middle names would go well with Laura? I like kind of old-fashioned names, not the new overused ones like Madison, Taylor, Kaitlyn; etc. They're pretty but they're so common nowadays. Any suggestions?
