Take a test. At three days late, it will show up if you're pregnant. Good luck!

Hi honey. I wish I could tell you for sure but I think it is too soon to know for sure. If you could get a doctor to order a blood test it would be reliable this early but most doctors will not order a blood test this early.
I do know that with my babies (I had 4 pregnancies) I always had cramping and felt like I was going to start my period any minute! I never did start of course but I sure felt that way. My point is that the feelings are very similiar.
I would wait a few more days and then buy a test. I usually tell women that if they want to buy one to do at home to get the "two-pack" and that way if you test too soon and get a negative you can always wait a few more days and try again!
Good luck honey and I really hope that you are pregnant!
Take care!

If you are sure that you are late, then take a test. It will be able to detect the HcG hormone this early. I recommend Clear Blue Easy, that one showed up before the other brands for me.

Taking a pregnancy test and seeing your dr. is the only way to be sure.
