i am 18 and a senior i nhigh school but i think i am pregnant and i need to know how to figure this out without going to the doctor because my mom will trip and i want to know before hand so i can just tell her instead of her taking me to the doctor

Im 39 wks pregnant, i lost most of my mucus plug 2 wks ago(still lose a little here an there) and over a wk ago my doctor said i was a lil dilated. I want to have this baby before xmas and really dont want to be induced(my son was and it was very long and hard) I have tried everything, yesterday i did loads of laundry, grocery shopping and then shopped all day at the mall so i was walking allday, i have sex every night, i ate spicy food; tried accupressure which brought on small contractions, nipple stimulation brings on lots of contractions but eventually they stop. I thought i was in labour like 4 times now because i was so uncomfortable i could barely walk but again it went away when id relax for a few hours. Please tell me what i can do to help bring on labour, im sooo sore and dont want to wait any longer. Also my doctor says this baby is very ready and that he is very low now in position and i feel alot of sharp pain down there.

ever since i found out i was pregnant(i'm 6 weeks) i found out just over a week ago, my boyfriend and i have been fighting constantly. about really stupid things that don't even matter. but i've cried over it(hormones-blah) anyway, it just really sucks..i thought i would have a lot of support from him but our relationship is just getting me down..but i can't raise this baby on my own. maybe i'm just thinking to much into it. i'm sure we'll get over it..i hope so *sigh* i'm not really asking anything..just venting

I have a 59 day menstrual cycle due to a right sided salpingectomy(removal of fallopian tube) for a late stage ectopic pregnancy.I want to regulate my periods so I can begin fertility planning. I know that it will be more difficult to get pregnant but I still ovulate and have no uterine abnormalities or scarring so I know it is still possible. What's the next step?

target recently recalled several toys because they have lead paint. One of the sets is a dinosaur set but not the set I bought my son. I am not sure I trust them when they say his dinosaurs are safe. I want to remove the Target dinosaurs from his herd but he has so many I no longer know which ones came from Target. They cannot tell me how to distinguish their dinosaurs or even how many were in the pack I bought. So I was wondering if there was an easy at home way to test all of his dinosaurs for lead. Any suggestions?

before i had a baby, hearing people talk about it, or anything was just fine, and i watched all those baby shows (baby story) but now it makes me nauceas to even hear about a baby "dropping" or movement etc... and defenitly not even seeing someone on tv in labor... let alone actually give birth... it all makes my stomach quezey and want to cross my legs.... has anyone else felt like that? not only right after giving birth... but even 2 years later!

My son has had a lump on his head since he was born (he's three months), I've asked the doctor about it, and he has said that it is just a fat pocket and I shouldn't worry about it. I have a friend that has been an OB nurse for years and she has never heard of such a thing. Has anyone else heard/ dealt with this? Is it something I should be worried about??

I was with a guy in September, no sexual intercourse took place but we did "fool around". I have had 3 periods since that day. My cycles range from 28 - 30 days, and my period is 4 days late from the 28 days cycle, and 2 days late from the 30 day cycle.

My breasts are hurting a lot, my legs are cramping up, tiredness, and my stomach is upset. I can't go get a HPT because my parents will find out and I just rather die than have to do that - please understand (cultural differences). This has been disturbing me in my sleep...I don't know where else to turn to.

Yesterday morning I noticed some brown spots on my nightie.
Nothing has happenned since but i've noticed my tummy feels sore today. could this be my period starting? I'm 13
If so what's the best pads to use as i live with my dad and dont want to tell him yet.
