I was with a guy in September, no sexual intercourse took place but we did "fool around". I have had 3 periods since that day. My cycles range from 28 - 30 days, and my period is 4 days late from the 28 days cycle, and 2 days late from the 30 day cycle.

My breasts are hurting a lot, my legs are cramping up, tiredness, and my stomach is upset. I can't go get a HPT because my parents will find out and I just rather die than have to do that - please understand (cultural differences). This has been disturbing me in my sleep...I don't know where else to turn to.

you can't tell during the first month or two because the fetus is the size of the head of a pin. If you are so worried I would try a pregnancy test. You might just be late. I have had it happen that I am a week late and i take the test, it says that I am not and the next day I get on it. Getting on it is also affected by stress, and since we are in flu and cold season maybe that is why your breasts are tender.

Okay to answer your first question..there are tests out that can tell you if you are pregnant now.

As far as showing...NO.

If you dont want to get pregnant, use contraception and stop playing Russian Rhoulette. Having unprotected sex leads to STD's that can KILL YOU, much less get you pregnant.

Also, why would you want to bring a child into your parents' home just to satisfy a boy who will not be around if you are pregnant?

Baby think with your head about the consequences when you lay down with young man other than how much you love him.

Not typically. Especially if you are only 4 days late. Try checking out a few websites such as BabyCenter.com or AmericanBaby.com & researching their boards for more reassurance, indications, & instruction on what to do next. You may also be able to receive a free pregnancy test with confidential results at a local clinic near you.

If you have had three periods since then you are fine. It is probably just stress. All the symptoms you described are very typical of PMS. If you didn't have sexual intercourse then you aren't pregnant. It's just not possible. I'm sorry you can't turn to your parents. Do you know another trusted adult?

your period is late by four days, and you think you're ending your first trimester?

Honey doll, you didnt even have sex, and you have had three full cycles since then!

You are not pregnant.

And dont even talk about cultural differences, if your parents would freak out and find out about a pregnancy test, what makes you think theyre less likely to learn about, or care that you're fooling around with guys?

Part of doing adult things is being adult about them. If you've dont something to get youself pregnant, its your adult responsibility to find out if youre pregnant so you can care for yourself and subsequently that baby in you. If you can sneak around to be with guys, you can find a way to sneak around with a pregnancy test. Its just common sense.

BUt as it is, you're guilty, not pregnant. Chill out.

You're not pregnant. You'll start your period any day now if you'd just relax. Next time, make sure he's wearing a condom, even if you are not planning intercourse. And find a trusted adult you can talk to about sex.
