As long as your partner has normal fertility, and that testicle works normally, which means you'll still be producing millions of sperm, then you have a fantastic chance of impregnating her!! It only takes one to get a woman pregnant, right?

Same as a man with two, assuming that your remaining testicle is normal. Men make waaaaaaaaaaaaaaaay more sperm than needed.
