I just asked my doctor this on monday. She said as long as the baby is still getting tummy time and maturing on track the swing is fine as long as there happy. My son would live in the swing if he could and only 11 weeks old. Its funny he pretty much tells us when he wants the swing already.

My daughter loves her swing as well, I let her in it for 30 to 45 min then take her out for 30 min then put back in switching back and forth

I was told not to let them swing for more than 30 mins or so at a time because they can get dizzy...but occasionally I let my daughter go longer if she fell asleep.

I wouldn't leave her in there for more than 30 minutes but as long as she's happy it should be fine.
