swept the membrains of my cervix today... to help labor progress.. Do you think i will go in to labor? and if so how soon? i have been cramping today.. But its mostly painless like braxton hicks.. but there is alot of pressure.. Any answers??

I have been breastfeeding exclusively for 10 months, just beginning to slow down this past month. I haven't had a period since before I got pregnant, some 19 months ago. So we've been using the good ole high schoolers "pull out" method. Some say you can't get pregnant while nursing, some say you can. Some say you can't get pregnant from pre-ejaculate, some say you can. What do you think my odds of getting pregnant are, because I am completely torn!

the doctor says it's just from eating grown up food, but she started being constipated as soon as she stopped breastfeeding..i feel so sorry for her..to watch her strain and cry you'd think she was giving birth..some are as big as golf balls and almost as hard...we watch her purposely try not to go because she is afraid..after she goes, she is usually ok for a couple days, then she will go all day without a bm, and maybe another..once i had to actually grab one that was showing and pull it out..we use dark karo syrup, give her plenty of raisons, grapes, bran type flakes, make her drink plenty of juices...doctor says she is too young for suppositories but we resorted to them anyway, they do help but it still isn't easy..any suggestions?

she's awake from 8 am til whenever we go to sleep. we have a nearly 4 year old son as well, and he didnt have any sort of sleeping issues. we try to put her to nap, and she closes her eyes and everything, but then they are wide open again within 2 min. is she overly hyper to where she cannot sleep is what i'm wondering.

and he lives with his father. He has been living there for about 5- 6 years. Every now and then his dad will tell me no that he will not drop him off to visit with me. He tells me that it is not his responsibility to do so. I may add that his dad is an alcoholic,and a complete a--hole. When my son turned 7, I made it his decision weather or not he wanted to live with him. Only one time before, happened to be this summer, did his dad and i have a fallen out, and my son came to live back with me. now, i have a new husband, and three childern by him. of course, this means nothing....my husband has raised him like his own since my son was 3. His father was never in the picture fully since he(my son) was born. My son came home from school where they did this to other kids. They tell you to bend over and breath real deep while they hit your back and count to 20. You then raise up, hold your breath while they hold your neck. You really do pass out and you have a dream, some remember and some don't. You have no idea when you first wake up, of what happen to you. IS THIS A SAFE THING FOR KIDS IN GRADE SCHOOL TO BE DOING.

I'm in my 5th month of pregnancy, and I've noticed that my girlfriends who have had children are all unable to tell me what labor is like.

I was just wondering, Me and my partner are trying again to have a baby. We had a miscarriage in late august because of a molar pregnancy. I had a d&c in early Sept. I've been to the doctor none stop since then, and they okay'd me having a baby again. My first period since the d&c was heavier than normal but my next period which I just had on the first was normal. According to my caculations I ovulated today and I have been having all of the ovulating symptoms and me and my partner have been havin sex all week, the last time was last night. I go to the doctor on the 27th and I know that it is no way for me to know now but do you think my chances are good???
