i am trying to get a scholarship and i have been incarcerated but it says the fallowing

Wilder-Naifeh Technical Skills Grant — Tennessee Education Lottery Scholarship (TELS)
The Wilder-Naifeh Technical Skills Grant (WNTSG) is part of the Tennessee Education Lottery Scholarship program (TELS). The WNTSG is a grant that is available only to Tennessee residents that attend a Tennessee Technology Center. This program became effective the Fall term of 2004.

ELIGIBILITY –

Must be a Tennessee resident one year prior to May 1st. State residency is determined using TBR promulgated rules; TBR Rules 0240-2-2.
Must be a U.S. Citizen or permanent resident
Must be in compliance with Selective Service Requirements
Must be in compliance with federal drug-free rules and laws for receiving financial aid
Must not be in default on a federal student loan
Must not owe a financial aid refund or overpayment
Must not be incarcerated
Must meet the enrollment requirements for both the school and the program. (Do not have to have a high school diploma or GED if not required for enrollment in the school or program.)
Must be enrolled in a program leading to a certificate or diploma. Continuing education and supplemental certificate programs are not eligible.
Must have never received the Tennessee HOPE scholarship or have completed a certificate or diploma program with the Wilder-Naifeh Technical Skills Grant

Every morning for about 2 weeks, my son has been crying before he goes into his Kindergarten class, which he did not do the 1st week of school. I find out this morning that there is a mentally disabled girl in his class who freaks the living hell out of him. He has never seen, nor been around mentally disabled people. How do I explain so that he will understand that he doesnt need to be afraid of them? How do I explain why they look and act in the manner that they do? Help please! Its such a chore to get my son to go to school every morning!

Ok so my boobs seem as though that have grown alittle, i am 25, i don't know i that can happen this late in life but who knows. I took a test,it was neg. I had sex 2 weeks ago, i was supose to get my period on August 29th,i haven't, but i am irregular, so i am not always on time. Any input would be great, i am just not sure what to think. Thanks guys

Just curious. I do NOT agree with it, and am against it. I am a mother of two beautiful girls, and couldn't imagine them not being here. The only way I see abortion as an option, is if a person has been raped(and has been filed as a rape case), or ill health. What do you think?

but when it comes to animals, we very clearly are not allowed to kill or terminate the life of say unborn kittens, or puppies...(cause they're so cute??) or they can't speak for themselves...what about unborn babies!!!

Well, my grandmother, who I was quite close to, passed away about 3 months ago. I want my daughter's middle name to be reminicent of her name, which was Alta, but just don't like the name too much. I found a name that has Alta in it, and is also American Indian (which I am). It is Zaltana. The problem is, my husband doesn't like it. Any suggestions?

I started working this week after 1yr and a half of staying at home w/my baby, So i got this baby sitter whom my mother in law and her mom know, They say she's a great baby sitter and everyone loves how she takes care of the kids. But I went to the store like 2 days ago and my son saw some kids and started playing w/them and the little girl tells me that my son is at the babysitters with her so i said really? My step son has cerebral palsey, he is three years old and at a 3 month old level right now. What are some things that I can do with him to help him learn about the world and life? He cannot hold his head up, he cannot talk and he has little control of eye movement. I have learned that mentally he is a three year old, it is just that his body does not work properly. Can anyone help me. This is a serious question, please help if you know anything about this!
