Do you find that after you have eaten a meal you get the odd dull ache when you are pregnant even if it is just trapped wind?

yes and it gets worse the further into your pregnancy

yes , it is very common to a lot of people.

however if you know the reason behind it , you don't have to suffer much about this.

This is because as the placenta starts to expand ( feotus is growing ) it take up all the space in the abdomen causing your
stomach not much room . Thus , discomfort is felt. It is especially worst when you eat fast and eat a lot .

One way to reduce this discomfort is to break it into eating smaller meal but more regular meals . this may helps prevent the aches.

Yes it is a normal situation if you are pregnant. Do you have sick after eating but not vomitting ?Your sickness will be lesser in line with your progressing pregnant maybe up to the fourth month.
You must eat a hygenic meal not so hot,sour and spicy.You must
eat in a small portion but you can it in several times.You can consult it to your doctor if your sickness is so misery.

Yes. Although most days I a dull headache all day, then when I eat it gets a tad bit worse. My headaches havent been bad enough to take any meds though.

yes but try to eat smaller meals but more often dont try to eat a big meal all at once stagger them through the day

Yes, depending how far along you are, it might be the baby kicking too. It feels very similar to gas.
