Your boyfriend can..... but, you would be considered a run-away, BUT since you are above 16, they will not charge you with running away and they cannot force you to go back with your parents. I live in Florida, and the law is that if you are 16 or older and run away from home, no one can legally force you to go back to your parents. They can only tell you that your parents are looking for you and you should go back. But, you will not be arrested or sent back.
There's obviously a reason you want to get away from your parent/s, so I am not going to say don't go or give the baby to your parents... trust me, I know not everyone would want to leave their children with their own parents because of how their parents raised them.
But, if your parents are helping support you, then you should stay... Florida is an extremely expensive place to live. I am married, have a baby on the way and I am in college, my husband makes $1000 every two weeks and we still cannot afford to move out of my parents house. I hope you have money to support yourself if you do come here. Good luck

Talk to your parents. I moved from Ohio to New Mexico at 16 and as long as your parents don't report you as a missing person...then you should be alright. It is harder though...you need parent signatures on everything! Also--make sure you keep a close relationship with your parents...you'll never know when you'll need them you they'll need you. It's important to know as well that living in Florida is REALLY expensive...I live here now and on minimum wage I don't know how people do it?

I don't think so. Try to wait until you are 18 so you can move out and not worry about any laws. Sometimes, (sometimes) u can move and get an apartment at 17

If you had a child you dont need emancipation. If you move be sure you can take care of you and that child alone without him.

i'm pretty sure that even though you have a child that you're responsible for, your parents are still responsible for you...sounds crazy, i know, but that's how it is in new york and connecticut...
maybe you should talk to a family advocate...just to be on the safe side...
but then again, i'm also pretty sure that if you'll have a roof over your head and everything else, your parents can't stop you...like i said, talk to a family advocate...

No because you're still a minor in the eyes of the state. You would be considered a run-away.

Once you have a child, I believe you are no longer a minor in the eyes of the state.

Your boyfriend. Good thinking having a kid before you are married. Is the term "use a rubber" foreign to you or something? You live the life you make for yourself.
