help i am very scared of sipders no matter how big i cant stand them
wat can i do about it there a way to over come my fear and does any1 else have this fear and have u over come it if so how ?? plz help

anytime you see a spider remember that you are a bajillion times bigger than the spider. it cant hurt you. just take deep breaths and ask yourself, "Why am i afraid of that little thing?"

Don't panic I used to be very scared of spiders and freak when they used to come on the television. That was until I went to a friends wedding party and there was a hypnotist there who was amazing he hypnotised me and ever since I've not been bothered if I seen a spider in the garden or at work! Try it, it can't do any harm! Good luck!

i am scared of spiders, i got over the fear simply by doing some research on them, i found out normal house spiders at least are harmless. just sit and watch one, you will see it means no harm. good luck to you.

Phobias are very natural and you have nothing to feel ashamed of.But try not to let it run your life.Get a book on spiders to learn on them to learn wich are dangerous and the ones that are not educate yourself and minimize the fear you will feel so much better.

hell no if i see a spider i run and keep on running.
i once run all the way to my nans about 2 miles away just to get away from one. honestly i did. sound funny now i think about it lol
if it anything else i dont mind but spiders noooo way.
sound like a right plonker dont i lol.
but thats me!!!

Get a spider catcher and learn to catch them. It cured my daughter.

i'm so scared of snakes.. i hate them.. spiders are not that bad, just imagin it's an ant.. they won't bite.. i guess in time you'll get over your fears.. i hope i will.. good luck.. : )
