LH surge detected today...is there anything to help improve chances of fertilization (apart from having sex of course) stand on my head? put a pillow under my hips? avoid drinking coffee? this are some of the things I have heard? any ideas for anyone that is pregnant? We have been trying for 9 months and my husband has a low sperm count! Please help!

I'm due in one day.. I just wondering that is there any body out there know what the best madication pain relief to choose during childbirth if I can't handdle the pain any more??? Please suggest..
I've heard some from my friend that Epidural will help.. but it will have the effect to my back hurt after give birth forever.. is this true??? Please tell me your experience. Thanks

I stress constantly about something happening to my unborn daughter wheather it be something while giving birth to her or something when she comes home. Its went as far as thinking she may die of SIDS or something.Is this normal? Am I obsessing? I need to put my mind at ease.

and plus shes going to have his last name b.c. he was begging me and its Lacovara...
and he said b4 it didnt matter what name i picked as long she has his last name...i honestly dont know what to do i mean he's barely around b.c. he has soccer..so he can get into a good collage...and get a good job to help me and our baby..i dont know what to do any advice on how to talk through to this guy..i mean..its hard as it is being pregnant and hearing my family talk bad about him thinking he keeps making up storys so he doesnt have to come over or hangout.idk what to do about that i mean they dont understand what he's trying to do..and it sucks to i havent seen him in weeks.b.c. he's always busy.so any advice?

I would just like to hear how your children are doing.... Scholars? Athletes? Adventurers? Slackers? I'm curious about results. I always hear the pros and cons breast feeding vs. bottle, but never any results.

I am wondering if anything to worry about in bottle feeding our child after only 3 months of breastfeeding. Please I am not really interested in politics, just curious if the children are doing good, are they smart? Leaders? Followers? Brats? Spoiled? Anything. Mostly looking for parents whose children are at least 6 and up, longer term results.

I'm quite sure the answers lie in the parenting and how you educate your children, but I have this anxiety to find out if any indifference or clues. Does this make sense?

okay me and my husband had unprotected sex aug 13-14 and i had my period 1-7 okay i know there is a GREAT chance i might be pregnant, i had my son 6 months ago so im like at a higher chance here, but my question is, if you have REALLY rough sex, can that hurt the baby, i only did it once, i mean rough anyways, but yeah, i dont even know if i am pregnant but if i am, it shouldnt hurt the baby should it?

My baby girl is starting kindergarten in one more day. She has become increasingly upset and tonight was the worst.
I have tried and been very positive and I have said and done everything I can think of to make her feel happy about it..
Today was her oriantation and may be why she is more upset.
I want to help her and don't really know how because my oldest didn't have this problem. So this is a first for me.
She says she is scared and will miss me. She says she wont have any friends and I am afraid she is going to make it so hard on herself she misses out on the begininng of what should be a great experience for her.
Any encouraging and helpful advice is very much appreciated...

I have made one batch of these so far and they are not too bad, I used Bounty paper towels and a little baby oil and a tiny bit of lavender baby wash. Does anyone have a "recipe" that works really well for them that they would like to share? I love using mine, but I think there are too many parts water and not enough baby wash or oil? Thank you in advance for any serious answers. And for those of you who are already thinking it, don't even bother telling me to buy them at the store! I have a six month old and I find it wasteful and I like to know what is going on her skin!

What is the name of your state? I am in CA she is in WA

To make a VERY long story short. Girlfriend's mother just kicked her out of the house 3 months pregnant. I am now 18 (was 17 at time of conception so it was completly legal) she is 15. Her mother wants her to come live with me. But she will not sign any papers or take the proper channels to do this. The way it looks I am going to have to get her a plane ticket in the morning to come down to CA. Shes literally at the gas station with a bag. My problem is I realize I could get in serious trouble for her coming down here with me. She has no where to go but here. Her mother is the type of person that would call police once she got here though.

Is there anyway to get her down here tomorrow and me NOT goto jail for doing it? I really have no choice. Is there somewhere we can go when she gets here to make sure everything is okay for her to enroll in school, etc. I want this to be completly legal not a hiding in the closet type deal.

I did a test again today. but its negative.. But how come I feel I am pregnant? I got backaches, cramps, stomach bloating, breast tenderness but the test still neg.. My little boy will be 2 next month. He recently has decided that he will chew something to the point of getting it into a nice ball of mushy food and then parks it on the inside of his cheek. He'll keep it there for hours if we don't check to see that he has swallowed the food.
