When someone(the father or the mother) says hid daughter that she is filthy, scum, bumpkin and these kind of things(while the parent is angry or just dissatisfied),does it affect on the girl's dignity and spirits? And has it affected her if she was told to be bumpkin when she was little but when she grew up(age 14-15) and she was told again, she answered the parent he is an idiot? And if it has affected her how can the mother help her?

I think everyone's born with a certain amount of confidence. When we say things or do thing to them while we're angry or dissatisfied, it hurts them and tears that down. Kids are more sensitive than grown ups and they know when they're not loved, when someone is unhappy with them. Worst of all, it stays with them so much longer. Young children's minds are like wet cement--something falls on it and its print is left there forever.
The mother can help her, but since it sounds like both parents were involved, I think it would take both to really properly help her. I think the parents should just tell her that they're sorry, explain that sometimes we say things that we don't mean to when we're angry, and tell her what they really feel about her (let's hope it's good!). Ask her to forgive them and start from there. It's never too late to make things right.

Kids are born without dignity. She won't know what she's missing, so don't worry about it. But she might act a little weird and neurotic when she reaches adulthood though. Just a warning.
