LH surge detected today...is there anything to help improve chances of fertilization (apart from having sex of course) stand on my head? put a pillow under my hips? avoid drinking coffee? this are some of the things I have heard? any ideas for anyone that is pregnant? We have been trying for 9 months and my husband has a low sperm count! Please help!

the only thing you can do to improve your husbands sperm count is get him to stop drinking and smoking if he does, take Zinc tablets, get your husband to drink coffee, they both excite sperm. Make sure he wears boxers not briefs and make sure he's on top! If none of these improves his sperm count go to a fertility doc.

Because your husband is having low sperm count better consult the doctor and take treatment if necessary.
