Ok me and my wife are in a bet on this, I think it's possible, she thinks it's not. Does anyone like have any proof, or know where to look for proof?

Technically, all you'd need would be the uterus. You could perform IVF and skip the ovaries. However, the ability to install a functioning uterus isn't yet available. When's the last time you heard of a woman donating her uterus to another woman, much less a man? It's just not something medical science can reliably do yet.

The only reproductive option being discussed is freezing sperm before surgery, not transplanting uteri...

actually i was watching the discovery health channel when i was pregnant cuz thats what alot of pregnant women do, anyways, this lady had a baby that was born outside of the uterus walls, so the doctors are now thinking MALES can have babys but they do not want to attempt it because it is to DANGEROUS

No. Sexual reassignment surgery changes only the obvious gender changes. There is no transplantation of any of the internal organs, and even if this were to happen, they would not be functional.

I seriously doubt it, they get primary reproductive organs but not the inside mechanics

No it is not. Your body does not have all of the hormones and chemicals in it needed to carry a fetus.

Why don't you make it easier and adopt? Go to another country and adopt a baby there.
