Cheap- Ebay or Yahoo Auctions
Free- Freecycle.org in your area, your nearest Salvation Army, or city Missions store, your nearest WIC office, and even look for ads in newspapers etc for free stuff.
You can also go to company's main websites and sign up for free samples & coupons too... like baby formulas, baby food, daipers etc.

Why online? Don't you have Thrift Stores, Consignment Shops, Goodwill or Salvation Army?

If it wasn't for eBay, my daughter wouldn't have as many cute clothes as she does. If I had bought all her outfits at the store new I would be broke right now!
