What I have done, printed out a yearly calendar. (Yahoo Mail, Calendar, Year & then print!)
When my period STARTS I circle it. Then I count 28 days. I then SQUARE that date. That is my ESTIMATED date of my next period.
When it actually STARTS I circle it. Then count 28 days & SQUARE that date. For each month - If I remember! LOL

Any calendar will do. Mark off the days of your period beginning with the first day and ending with the last day, each month.
You can use red ink or a red crayon to keep track, just used as a visual aid.

The best site I have found is mymonthlycycle.com because it lets you track PMS symptoms, flows and it will send you e-mails when you are due to ovulate and have your period if you want it to. You can also do mycycles.com but you can't track it day by day.
